研究型教学在基本体操教学中的实验研究

【摘要】:体育学科是教育中一门非常重要的学科,在学科特点上有其独特的一面。体育活动基本上是在实际活动过程中进行的,它对人们在观察、思考、探索、实践等表现上提供了非常广阔的平台。体操是体育中非常基础而又关键的内容,各国为体操的发展,不断革新许多健身器械,创编了丰富多样的练习形式和练习内容,研究了许多科学的锻炼方法,逐步创立了理论基础。以增强国民体质,训练身体技能,提高人体活动能力,振奋民族精神。基本体操又是体操中最基础的部分,而在基本体操教学过程中,教学更偏向于强调教师去进行“教”,相对学生的学习方法、创新与研究关心偏少,从而间接的对教学效果有所影响。因此对基本体操教学采取研究型教学实验,旨在培养学生在技能、探索、创新、合作、实践等能力,完成对学生的全面培养,突出研究型教学在教学过程中的实践运用。本文以武汉体育学院体育教育学院2014级基本体操课为例,通过对实验结果的分析检验和比较,从学生对基本体操的学习兴趣、学习的主动性、实践能力和创新能力上出发,探讨研究型教学对其的影响。通过在基本体操教学中进行研究型教学实验研究,将基本体操教学实践与研究型教学相结合,找出结合点,真正的在基本体操教学实践中引入研究型教学。从实验结果分析中折射出:(1)研究型教学很适用在基本体操教学中。(2)研究型教学下学生均能取得令人满意的学习成果。(3)研究型教学成功的激发了学生对基本体操的学习兴趣和热情,发展了学生的个性和创新能力。(4)研究型教学促进了学生与教师之间、学生与学生之间团队合作精神。研究型教学还针对教师在专业素养、教学实践、教法组织、个人提升上提出了要求。通过对研究型教学的采用,不仅可以培养学生对技术、技能的认知与学习掌握,还可以培养学生的情感。学生在基本体操学习过程中,通过采用研究型教学,培养了学生探索意识、问题意识、合作意识、创新意识,还培养了学生积极主动的学习态度,自觉的钻研科学。更好地实现了创新型人才的全面发展,体现了教学过程的最优化和教学结果的效果明显化,为现代化社会所需求的体育人才显示其独特的优越性。本研究通过教学实验和实际教学情况的探索,为高校基本体操教学改革提供可理论依据,希冀能够为高校体操教学改革提供参考,同时也为其它体育项目的教学改革提供有力凭据。
[Abstract]:Physical education is a very important subject in education. Sports activities are basically carried out in the process of actual activities, which provides a very broad platform for people to observe, think, explore, practice and so on. Gymnastics is a very basic and key content in sports. For the development of gymnastics, many countries have constantly innovated many fitness equipment, created a variety of exercise forms and exercises, and studied many scientific exercise methods. The theoretical basis was gradually established. In order to strengthen the national physique, training physical skills, improve the human body activity, national spirit. Basic gymnastics is the most basic part of gymnastics, but in the teaching process of basic gymnastics, teaching tends to emphasize teachers to "teach", compared with students' learning methods, innovation and research concern is less. As a result, there is an indirect impact on the teaching effect. Therefore, the research teaching experiment is adopted in the basic gymnastics teaching in order to cultivate the students' ability in skills, exploration, innovation, cooperation and practice, to complete the all-round cultivation of the students, and to highlight the practical application of the research-oriented teaching in the teaching process. Based on the analysis and comparison of the experimental results, this paper takes the class 2014 basic gymnastics course of Wuhan Institute of physical Education as an example, starting from the students' interest in learning basic gymnastics, their initiative in learning, their practical ability and their ability to innovate. This paper probes into the influence of research-based teaching on it. Through carrying on the research type teaching experiment research in the basic gymnastics teaching, combine the basic gymnastics teaching practice with the research type teaching, find out the joint point, really introduce the research type teaching in the basic gymnastics teaching practice. The analysis of the experimental results shows that: (1) Research-oriented teaching is very suitable in basic gymnastics teaching; (2) students can achieve satisfactory learning results under research-oriented teaching; (3) Research-oriented teaching successfully inspires students to learn about basic gymnastics. Learning interest and enthusiasm, (4) Research-oriented teaching promotes the spirit of teamwork between students and teachers, and between students and students. Research-based teaching also aims at teachers' professional accomplishment, teaching practice, teaching organization and personal promotion. The adoption of research-oriented teaching can not only cultivate students' cognition and mastery of technology and skills, but also cultivate students' emotion. In the process of learning basic gymnastics, students adopt research-based teaching to cultivate students' consciousness of exploration, problem, cooperation and innovation, and also cultivate students' active learning attitude and consciously study science. It can better realize the all-round development of innovative talents, embody the optimization of teaching process and the obvious effect of teaching results, and show its unique superiority for the sports talents needed in modern society. Through the exploration of teaching experiment and actual teaching situation, this study provides a theoretical basis for the reform of basic gymnastics teaching in colleges and universities, and hopes to provide a reference for the reform of gymnastics teaching in colleges and universities. At the same time for other sports teaching reform to provide strong evidence.
