咏春拳偏身锤动作生物力学分析

【摘要】:以咏春拳为题材影视作品琳琅满目,咏春拳迅速传播,目前全世界共有近6000万人习练,遍布世界五大洲。2014年12月,咏春拳入选国家级非物质文化遗产。但由于咏春拳技术动作纷繁复杂,过去闭门练拳绝不外传,嫡传教学也是按照古法与自身体会口传身授,习武者通常难以理解其中口诀与拳法心得,在一定程度上影响、限制咏春拳的传承和普及。本课题试验周期为2015年6月-2016年6月,从肌电神经学、动力学和运动学三个方面进行实验研究和分析,对虚无缥缈的拳法口诀,通过现代科学手段定量、定性分析,剖析咏春拳偏身锤动作的客观规律,为咏春拳教学、训练提供科学依据。实验中,运动学方面采用的是2台Vision Research公司研发的Quintic高速摄影机,进行三维拍摄,采用美国艾里尔(Ariel Dynamics)公司产The APAS System三维解析系流对运动图像进行数字处理,并对原始数据平滑处理、采集数据并分析;动力学方面采用瑞士产KISTLER测力平台主要测试受试者击打时Z轴方向的地面反作用力,数据采用PLPlateViewer分析软件的。实验中肌电测试仪是芬兰Mega公司的表面肌电测试仪ME6000,所得数据用MegaWin肌电分析软件进行分析处理。运动学实验结果显示:1通过偏身捶动作在实验测试中左肩角、左肩胸角、腕关节位移、重心位移,分别验证拳理中“守中用中”、“以长搏短”、“避实就虚,不消而消”原则。肌肉神经学实验结果显示:1、咏春拳训练时间长的受试者肌肉激活顺序,遵循咏春拳拳理“手转身转,力从地起,发劲在腰,出招在膊”原理。2、对于训练时间长的咏春拳练习者,测试偏身锤冲拳时,腰腹和下肢做功与负荷占总体做功与负荷62%,符合咏春拳拳决“力从地起”。上肢做功与负荷分析占总体比例38%,其中占上肢最大比例是斜方肌17%,起到固定的作用。动力学实验结果显示:得出咏春拳习练时间长的练习者,通过转马对地面施加作用力相对大,施加作用力越大借助地面反作用力也越大,这是咏春拳拳决“力从地起”拳理。
[Abstract]:Yongchun Quan as the theme of film and television works, Yongchun Quan spread rapidly, there are nearly 60 million people in the world practice, spread across the world's five continents. In December 2014, Yongchun fist was selected as a national intangible cultural heritage. However, due to the numerous and complicated technical actions of Wing Chun, in the past, the practice of boxing behind closed doors was never passed on from outside, and the teaching of "Din Chuan" was also taught according to ancient methods and their own experience. Martial practitioners usually had difficulty understanding the tips and experiences of boxing, and to a certain extent influenced them. Restrict the inheritance and popularization of Wing Chun Boxing. The experiment cycle is from June 2015 to June 2016. The experimental research and analysis are carried out from three aspects of electromyography, dynamics and kinematics, and quantitative and qualitative analysis are carried out through modern scientific means. This paper analyzes the objective law of the action of wing-chun boxing and provides a scientific basis for the teaching and training of wing-chun boxing. In the experiment, two Quintic high speed cameras developed by Vision Research Company were used in the experiment, and the 3D images were digitally processed using the APAS system produced by Ariel Dynamics. On the other hand, the original data are smoothed, collected and analyzed, and the ground reaction force in Z axis is mainly tested by KISTLER force measuring platform made in Switzerland, and the data is analyzed by PLPlateViewer software. In the experiment, the EMG tester is ME6000, which is made by Mega Company of Finland. The obtained data are analyzed and processed by MegaWin EMG analysis software. The results of kinematics experiment show that the left shoulder angle, the left shoulder chest angle, the wrist joint displacement and the center of gravity displacement of the left shoulder angle, the left shoulder chest angle, the center of gravity displacement of the wrist joint in the experiment, respectively, are verified to be "in the middle of the guard", "to short with the long stroke", "to avoid the real is to be empty," There is no need to eliminate the "principle". The results of muscle-nerve experiments show that the muscle activation sequence of the subjects with long training time of Wing Chun fist is in the order of muscle activation, following the Yongchun boxing principle of "turn the hand around, force from the ground, make strength in the waist, go out in the arm" principle. For those who have been trained for a long time, Yung Chun Quan Practitioners, The work and load of waist, abdomen and lower limbs account for 62% of the total work and load, which is in line with Yongchun boxing "from the ground". The proportion of work and load analysis of upper limb is 38 percent, and the largest proportion is trapezius muscle 17, which plays a fixed role. The result of dynamics experiment shows that the trainer who has long training time of Wing Chun fist exerts relatively greater force on the ground through turning horse, and the greater the force is, the greater the force is with the help of ground reaction force. This is the theory of "force from the ground" of Wing Chun fist.
