杭州市健身服务业现状研究

【摘要】:随着近几年杭州市整体经济水平的大幅度提高,人们在吃穿住行上的消费显著上升,这对杭州市体育健身服务行业中的供应与需求影响巨大。目前杭州市体育健身服务业发展达到了迅猛之势,然而服务相关水平依然需要改善。运用文献资料法、问卷调查法及数理统计法的不断查证演算,通过数据从而分析杭州市体育健身服务业供应与需求特征加以分析,推导出消费者在意识行为方面,消费者消费目的与习惯方面,体育产业企业投资经营策略,资金来源方面,所有制形式等等关系的结论。同时,针对杭州市体育健身服务业供给与需求,研究它们在结构特征上的联系与关联,提出相对应的建议,从而完善在供需方面的不足,为杭州市健身服务业未来的完善与进步指引道路。本次调查研究结果如下所示:在杭州市内,内资私营企业占据了健身服务供方市场的主导地位,且主要以小规模形式生存发展,分布以区域特点为主,通常采用的经营模式为培训+服务二合一模式,但健身项目不够多元,不能满足大众消费者日益多样化的需求。2.杭州市健身服务业的消费现状与诸多因素有关例如年龄,职业,收入,爱好等,从这些方面着手调查研究日趋多元化的健身消费结构。3.杭州市体育健身服务业需求市场的影响要素包括:不同健身项目的价格产品、、客观人群经济收入、闲暇时间段主要分布、社会大众健身趋势、服务质量、收效是否显著、消费者文化水平。4..杭州市体育健身服务业供给市场的影响因素包括:体育健身项目收入高低、企业内部自我管理水平、政府的政策指导、产品本身的质量、所选场地的地理位置(周围居民区的数量,交通水平)。5.杭州市体育健身服务业为得到更长期久远的发展,要从多个方面入手,政府调控以及强化自身管理水平,丰富各个健身项目,完善配套设施,深入宣传全民健身理念。
[Abstract]:With the development of Hangzhou's overall economic level in recent years, people's consumption of food, clothing, housing and transportation has increased significantly, which has a great impact on the supply and demand of Hangzhou's sports and fitness service industry. At present, Hangzhou sports fitness service industry has achieved a rapid development trend, but the service level still needs to be improved. By using the methods of literature, questionnaire and mathematical statistics, this paper analyzes the supply and demand characteristics of Hangzhou's sports and fitness service industry, and deduces the consumers' conscious behavior. Consumer consumption purpose and habit, sports industry enterprise investment management strategy, capital source, ownership form and so on relations conclusion. At the same time, aiming at the supply and demand of sports and fitness service industry in Hangzhou, this paper studies their connection and relation in structure characteristics, and puts forward corresponding suggestions to improve the shortage of supply and demand. Hangzhou fitness service industry for the future improvement and progress guide the way. The results of this investigation are as follows: in Hangzhou, domestic and private enterprises occupy a dominant position in the market of fitness service providers, and mainly exist and develop in a small scale, with regional characteristics as the main distribution. The usual mode of operation is the two-in-one mode of training service, but the fitness items are not diversified enough to meet the increasing diversified needs of the mass consumers. The consumption status of fitness service industry in Hangzhou is related to many factors, such as age, occupation, income, hobbies and so on. The influencing factors of Hangzhou sports fitness service demand market include: price products of different fitness items, economic income of objective crowd, distribution of leisure time period, trend of public fitness, service quality, and whether the effect is significant. Consumer literacy. The influencing factors of the supply market of sports fitness service industry in Hangzhou include: the income of sports and fitness items, the level of self-management within the enterprise, the policy guidance of the government, the quality of the product itself, The geographical location of the selected site (number of surrounding residential areas, traffic level) .5. In order to get more long-term development, Hangzhou sports fitness service industry should start from many aspects, the government should adjust and control and strengthen its own management level, enrich various fitness items, perfect supporting facilities, and thoroughly propagate the concept of national fitness.
