我国田径教练员岗位培训体系的研究

【摘要】:田径教练员的培养是关系到我国竞技田径运动事业兴衰的战略性问题。然而,现阶段作为教练员培训工作重点的田径教练员岗位培训体系还存在着一系列问题。本研究采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法和数理统计法等方法,通过对我国田径教练员岗位培训体系的全面分析,诊断其现阶段存在的主要问题,并在探寻国际田联教练员培训和认证体系中适合借鉴的经验和方法的基础上,结合我国的现实国情推导出田径教练员岗位培训体系的创新模式。研究主要结论如下:1、我国田径教练员岗位培训工作在战略目标定位、培训需求分析、培训的组织与实施及培训效果的评估方面均存在广阔的发展空间和质量提升潜力。2、国际田联教练员培训和认证体系的借鉴意义为:在课程设置上注重实践课和训练计划设计课的安排;在教学方法上注重采用以学员为主体的“自主性学习”教学方法;在配备丰富的传统教材资料的基础上注重对电子教材课件的开发与应用;重视对培训师资资格认证体系的构建工作;在反应层面和学习层面上对培训效果进行评估工作。3、我国田径教练员岗位培训体系创新模式的核心要素为:培训制度的改革、课程体系的创新、师资认证体系的构建、培训评估体系的完善。4、目前,我国田径教练员岗位培训工作呈现出“同班”不同“质”的现象,即“同级岗位”培训人员的岗位情况和培训需求有所不同,培训工作难以兼顾不同类型学员的实际需求而进行有针对性的按需施教,岗位培训制度有待于进一步改革。5、我国田径教练员岗位培训课程体系的创新策略为:创新课程内容,将国际田联一级教练员培训课程适度引入我国初级培训课程,中高级培训课程适当增加训练计划制订课程、专项实践课和教练员实践课等内容;创新教学方法,加强对以训练实践为主的方法、演示教学法、案例分析法和探究式教学法的运用;创新教材资料,在借鉴国际田联传统纸质教材的基础上,注重对电子教材课件的开发与应用。6、我国田径教练员岗位培训师资资格认证体系的构建策略为:建立各省市初中级岗位培训师资队伍的统一规范化培养与管理制度,以及高级岗位培训师资队伍的业务培训管理制度。7、我国田径教练员岗位培训评估体系的完善策略为:学习层面上加强培训考核形式的规范化和多样化,建立合理的考核淘汰制度;反应层面上进行师资考核和课程评价工作;行为层面和结果层面上逐步融入对培训学员的跟踪性评估调查工作。
[Abstract]:The training of track and field coaches is a strategic problem related to the rise and fall of China's athletics. However, there are still a series of problems in track and field coaches' post training system. This study adopts the methods of literature, questionnaire, expert interview and mathematical statistics, through the comprehensive analysis of the post training system of track and field coaches in China, it diagnoses the main problems existing at the present stage. On the basis of exploring the experiences and methods suitable for reference in the training and certification system of IAAF coaches, this paper deduces the innovative mode of the post training system of track and field coaches according to the actual situation of our country. The main conclusions of the study are as follows: 1. The orientation of strategic objectives and training needs of track and field coaches in China. The organization and implementation of training and the evaluation of training effect have broad development space and potential for quality improvement. The significance of IAAF coaches training and certification system is to pay attention to practical courses and training in curriculum design. Practice the arrangement of the planning design course; On the basis of the abundant traditional teaching materials, the author pays attention to the development and application of the electronic teaching material courseware, and pays attention to the use of the "independent learning" teaching method with the students as the main body of the teaching methods. Pay attention to the construction of training teacher qualification certification system, evaluate the training effect at the level of reaction and study. 3. The core elements of the innovation mode of track and field coaches' post training system are: the reform of training system, The innovation of curriculum system, the construction of teacher certification system and the perfection of training evaluation system. At present, the in-post training of track and field coaches in our country presents the phenomenon of "same class" and "different quality". That is, the position situation and training demand of "peer post" trainers are different, the training work is difficult to take into account the actual needs of different types of trainees and carry out targeted on-demand teaching. The innovation strategy of the in-post training system of track and field coaches in China is as follows: innovating the contents of the courses, and appropriately introducing the first-level training courses of IAAF into the primary training courses of our country. The middle and advanced training courses should include training plan making courses, special practice courses and coaches' practical courses, etc. The teaching methods should be innovated, and the teaching methods should be strengthened to demonstrate the teaching methods. The application of case analysis and inquiry teaching method, the innovation of teaching materials, on the basis of drawing lessons from the traditional paper teaching materials of IAAF, Focus on the development and application of electronic teaching materials. 6. The construction strategy of the qualification certification system of track and field coaches' post training teachers in China is as follows: establishing the unified and standardized training and management system for the junior and middle level post training teachers in various provinces and cities. And the management system of professional training of senior post training teachers. 7. The perfect tactics of the post training evaluation system of track and field coaches in China are as follows: strengthening the standardization and diversification of training and examination forms at the learning level. To establish a reasonable evaluation and elimination system; to conduct teacher assessment and curriculum evaluation at the level of response; and to gradually integrate the follow-up evaluation and investigation of the trainees at the behavioral level and the level of results.
