解析茶文化思想与体育理论课教学的融合

【摘要】：在体育理论课程教学中,有着很多和茶文化思想相契合的内容,这些宝贵的内容会深刻地影响体育理论课程教学的发展,并且促进整个时代的进步。茶文化思想和体育运动的理论教学和知识是融会贯通的,对于当前的文化思想方面的发展有着极大影响,特别是对学习体育理论课程的学生而言,茶文化思想能够发挥出非常独特的引导、塑造作用,帮助学生逐渐塑造出健全的体育人格等。
[Abstract]:In the teaching of physical education theory, there are many contents which coincide with the tea culture thought. These valuable contents will deeply affect the development of physical education theory course teaching and promote the progress of the whole times. The theory teaching and knowledge of tea culture and sports are integrated, which has great influence on the development of current cultural thought, especially for the students who study the theory course of physical education. The thought of tea culture can play a very unique role in guiding, shaping and helping students to gradually shape a sound sports personality and so on.
