体育产业介入工业空间开发利用研究

【摘要】：探索体育产业介入工业空间开发利用的可行性,为体育产业发展和工业转型升级面临的问题提供解决思路。梳理国内、外工业空间开发利用的理论与实践,分析原材料工业与体育产业发展的背景和需求,根据体育产业投资现状分析体育空间运营前景。提出体育产业介入工业空间开发利用的模式设计:通过功能置换将工业空间改造成体育活动空间或体育服务空间,通过功能再造在原有工业用地的基础上开发竞技型体育空间、非竞技型体育空间和体育商业服务空间。在此基础上,分析体育产业介入工业空间开发利用存在的问题,并从政府、企业、社会资本职能和模式创新的角度进行未来展望。
[Abstract]:This paper explores the feasibility of the sports industry intervening in the development and utilization of industrial space, and provides solutions to the problems faced by the development of the sports industry and the transformation and upgrading of the industry. This paper combs the theory and practice of exploitation and utilization of domestic and foreign industrial space, analyzes the background and demand of the development of raw material industry and sports industry, and analyzes the prospect of sports space operation according to the present situation of sports industry investment. The paper puts forward the mode design of sports industry intervention in the development and utilization of industrial space: transforming industrial space into sports activity space or sports service space through function replacement, and developing competitive sports space on the basis of original industrial land through function reengineering. Non-competitive sports space and sports commercial service space. On this basis, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the involvement of the sports industry in the development and utilization of industrial space, and looks forward to the future from the perspective of the function and mode innovation of government, enterprise and social capital.
