美国NCACE教练员职业认证标准研究及启示

【摘要】：采用文献资料、比较分析等研究方法,对美国NCACE教练员职业认证标准的框架结构、内容体系及特点进行了深层透析,旨在为我国教练员职业标准的制定提供理论参考。研究认为,NCACE教练员职业认证标准的制定适应了美国青少年运动参与人数持续增加的现实需求,标准体系包括领域、标准和基准3个层次;领域及标准维度的划分清晰明确、内容陈述全面;标准受众范围广泛,教练员、教育机构、认证机构和用人单位等都是其利益相关者;能够根据教练员的能力和水平进行合理的认证级别划分;标准指标体系的内容表述详细,具有很强的操作性。鉴于美国教练员职业认证理论和实践的丰富经验,结合我国教练员职业标准的研究和制定,提出了诸如加快我国教练员职业标准的研制,树立教练员专业发展理念,拓宽教练员职业标准的指标维度,以及建立合理的教练员分级认证制度等建议。
[Abstract]:By means of literature, comparative analysis and other research methods, the framework structure, content system and characteristics of American NCACE coaches' professional certification standards are deeply analyzed in order to provide theoretical reference for the formulation of Chinese coaches' professional standards. The study considers that the establishment of NCACE coaches' professional certification standard adapts to the realistic demand of the increasing number of youth sports participants in the United States. The standard system includes three levels: domain, standard and benchmark, and the division of domain and standard dimension is clear and clear. The content statement is comprehensive, the standard audience is wide, coaches, educational institutions, certification agencies and employers are all its stakeholders, can be based on the ability and level of coaches for a reasonable classification of certification levels; The content of the standard index system is described in detail and has strong maneuverability. In view of the rich experience in the theory and practice of American coaches' professional certification, combined with the research and formulation of our country's coaches' professional standards, this paper puts forward some ideas such as speeding up the development of our coaches' professional standards and setting up the coaches' professional development concept. The suggestions are to widen the index dimension of coaches' professional standards and to establish a reasonable system of coaches' classification and certification.
