吉林省体育院系体育养生保健类课程方案现状研究

【摘要】:文章通过对吉林大学(吉大南岭校区与吉大南校区)、东北师范大学(南岭校区)、吉林师范大学、吉林体育学院等九所高校体育院系作为研究对象,采用文献资料、专家访谈、问卷调查、个案研究、数理统计、比较分析等研究方法对吉林省高校体育院系体育养生课程开展情况进行调查研究。研究结果是:首先,关于吉林省养生保健体育课的现状是:吉林省高校传统体育养生保健类课程目标设定为技能和认知的较多,课程目标设定为技能、认知、情感的高校相对较少。由此,体育养生保健类课程教学目标设定,还具有改善和提高的地方。在课程结构方面,高校将体育养生保健类课程设为选修课,或归类于民族传统体育课范畴的较多,将体育养生保健类课程单独归类授课的较少。在教学内容与方法方面,高校大学生,较喜欢多媒体教学;有部分学生,认为教学内容较为平淡,不感兴趣。调查中还发现,传统技能教学仍为主要教学手段,现代教学手段与方法较少,但也有高校实行社团组织的新教学模式。在课程评价手段方面分为理论考核、平时表现、实践考核三种评价方法,也有部分高校采取市场与社会结合考核办法。在高校养生保健教师对课程的希望及进修偏好方面,研究发现,喜欢中医保健、太极,印度瑜伽的教师比例多;中西方养生文化教学比例少。实地走访群众发现,由于群众对养生保健的需要,已有社区、群众自发组织参与养生体育保健活动。其次,通过现状的研究及及分析调研资料,影响吉林省养生与保健课程建设的因素是:高校缺乏养生与保健课程文化内涵传授与社会需求不符合;养生保健课程开课的场地器材不足;体育养生保健类课程师资队伍结构不合理,高层次人才少,不能满足需要;体育养生保健类课程教材不能满足社会的需求及符合时代的特点。再次,针对现状及影响因素提出了相应的发展对策:提高吉林省高校体育养生课程目标设计,加大课堂比例结构;丰富吉林省高校教学内容,改进完善教学方法;丰富高校体育养生保健类课程评价体系;完善吉林省高校体育养生保健教材内容;增加与社会接轨教学方式,重视毕业实训工作等。
[Abstract]:Through the research of Jilin University (Jida Nanling Campus and Jidan Campus), Northeast normal University (Nanling Campus), Jilin normal University, Jilin Institute of physical Education, etc. The methods of questionnaire, case study, mathematical statistics and comparative analysis were used to investigate the development of physical education courses in colleges and departments of Jilin Province. The results are as follows: first of all, the present situation of Jilin Province health care course is: Jilin Province colleges and universities traditional sports health care curriculum objectives set as skills and cognition, curriculum objectives set as skills, cognition, Emotional colleges and universities are relatively few. As a result, the teaching objectives of physical education and health care curriculum are also improved and improved. In the aspect of curriculum structure, colleges and universities set the physical education and health care courses as elective courses, or classified them more in the traditional national physical education courses, and few of them separately classified the physical education and health care courses. In terms of teaching contents and methods, college students prefer multimedia teaching, while some students think that teaching content is more insipid and not interested. The investigation also found that traditional skills teaching is still the main teaching means, modern teaching means and methods are less, but some colleges and universities implement the new teaching mode of association organization. There are three kinds of evaluation methods in the aspect of course evaluation means: theoretical assessment, peacetime performance and practical assessment, and some colleges and universities adopt the method of combining market and society. In the aspect of hope and study preference of health care teachers in colleges and universities, it is found that the proportion of teachers who like traditional Chinese medicine health care, Taiji yoga and Indian yoga is high, while the proportion of Chinese and western health culture teaching is low. Field visits to the masses found that due to the needs of the masses for health care, the community, the masses spontaneously organized to participate in health sports and health care activities. Secondly, through the research and analysis of the current situation, the factors that affect the construction of health and health curriculum in Jilin Province are: the lack of cultural connotation of health and health curriculum in colleges and universities does not meet the social needs; The physical education and health care curriculum has an unreasonable structure of teachers and few high-level talents, which can not meet the needs. The teaching materials of physical education and health care can not meet the needs of the society and meet the characteristics of the times. Thirdly, in view of the present situation and the influence factors, the author puts forward the corresponding development countermeasures: improving the goal design of the physical education course in Jilin Province, increasing the proportion structure of the classroom, enriching the teaching content and improving the teaching method in the colleges and universities of Jilin Province; It is necessary to enrich the evaluation system of physical education and health care courses in colleges and universities; to improve the contents of teaching materials for physical education and health care in colleges and universities in Jilin Province; to increase teaching methods in line with the society; to attach importance to the work of graduation training.
