【摘要】：排球运动是在我国和世界开展的非常普遍的体育运动项目之一，尤其是中国女排在20世纪80年代取得五连冠，让排球这项运动深入人心，也就是这时候中国女排主攻手郎平的绰号“铁榔头”家喻户晓。在现代排球运动中，强攻是球队得分的最主要手段，强攻水平的高低直接决定着这个队伍能否取得比赛的最终胜利。一个队伍如果没有一个强有力的主攻手，那它很难跻身于世界排坛的一流队伍当中。郎指导带领的中国女排在刚刚结束的第十七届意大利女排世锦赛上以十三战十胜的战绩夺得亚军，主攻手的发挥功不可没。本文通过文献资料法、录像观察法、数理统计法、比较分析法对中国女排主攻手的身体指标、发、扣、拦进行分析，得出以下结论： 1．中国女排主攻手五项身体指标处于领先水平，与比赛对手相比有较大优势，已达到或超越世界优秀运动员水平，尤其是身高和扣球高度两项均位列第一。 2．中国女排主攻手朱婷和惠若琪均采用跳发飘球的方式发球，得分率低，破攻率高，发球世界排名都在十名以后。朱婷的发球攻击性强于惠若琪，但发球不稳定，与优秀的发球手还存在较大差距。 3．在扣球方面中国女排主攻手排名比较靠前，但与优秀主攻手之间还存在差距。中国女排主攻手的前排进攻多集中在四号位，二号位的强攻极少。一攻方面，中国女排主攻手的前排平网攻、斜网攻效果较好，后排进攻也优于比赛对手；防反方面，，中国女排主攻手的前排平网攻与世界强队有较大差距，斜网攻是其薄弱环节，后排进攻是中国女排主攻手的得分特点，成功率远远高于比赛对手。 4．中国女排主攻手在身高、拦网高度均有优势的情况下拦网的整体能力不突出。拦强攻效果较好，整体优于比赛对手，拦快攻不及比赛对手，拦后排进攻与比赛对手相当。
[Abstract]:Volleyball is one of the most popular sports in China and the world, especially the Chinese women's volleyball team won five consecutive titles in the 1980s, which makes volleyball a popular sport. At this time, the Chinese women's volleyball player Lang Ping nicknamed "Iron Hammer" is a household name. In modern volleyball, strong attack is the most important means for the team to score, and the level of strong attack directly determines whether the team can win the game. A team that does not have a strong lead attacker will find it hard to make it into the top ranks of the world volleyball team. Lang led the Chinese women's volleyball team in the 17 th Italian Women's Volleyball World Championships to win the second place with a record of 13, 10 wins, the main attacker played the role of unforgettable. Through the methods of literature, video observation, mathematical statistics and comparative analysis, this paper analyzes the body indexes, hair, buckling and blocking of the main attacking players of the Chinese women's volleyball team. The following conclusions are drawn: 1. The five physical indicators of the main attacker of the Chinese women's volleyball team are in the leading level and have a great advantage compared with their competitors, and have reached or surpassed the level of the world's elite athletes. In particular, both height and spiking height are in the first place. Zhu Ting and Hui Ruoqi, the main attacking players of Chinese women's volleyball team, both serve by jumping and floating ball, with low scoring rate and high breaking attack rate, and the world ranking of serve is below ten. Zhu Ting's serve is more aggressive than Huiroqi, but the serve is unstable, and there is still a big gap with the excellent server. 3. In the spiking aspect, the Chinese women's volleyball main attacker ranks at the top, but there is still a gap between the Chinese women's volleyball main attacker and the excellent main attacker. The Chinese women's volleyball main offensive in the front row mostly concentrated in the fourth place, the second place strong attack very few. As for the first attack, the Chinese women's volleyball team's main attacker's front row flat net attack, the oblique net attack effect is better, the back row attack is also superior to the match opponent; in the counterattack aspect, the Chinese women's volleyball main attacker's front row level net attack has the big disparity with the world strong team. Oblique net attack is its weak link, the backcourt attack is the Chinese women's volleyball main attacker's score characteristic, the success rate is far higher than the match opponent. 4. The Chinese women's volleyball main attacker is in the height, The overall ability of blocking is not outstanding when the height of blocking is superior. The result of blocking attack is good, the whole is better than the match opponent, the fast attack is inferior to the match opponent, and the attack in the back row is equal to the match opponent.
