张家口地区高职院校学前教育专业健美操课程教学现状与改革对策研究

【摘要】:健美操运动具有增强学生的体质、促进学生健康、塑造健美形体、提高审美能力、促进心理素质发展的作用。随着体育教学改革深入发展,各个高等职业院校健美操课程创新与发展也存在不平衡的现象,本研究立足于高等职业院校体育教学改革实践,以新《体育与健康新课程标准》和《全国普通高等学校体育课程教学指导纲要》为依据,对张家口地区高职院校学前教育专业健美操教学现状进行分析研究,从优质课程建设出发,提出健美操课程改革与发展对策,为张家口地区高职院校学前教育专业健美操课程建设与课程改革提供相关依据。本文通过采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法、数理统计法对张家口地区高职院校学前教育专业的健美操课的开展情况进行调研。结果表明:(1)张家口地区高职院校学前教育专业的健美操课主要以选项课和选修课的形式为主,参与主体为学前女生;(2)张家口地区高职院校健美操教师资源充足,教师队伍相对是以中青年为主,教师的教龄短而且职称偏低;教师的学历层次和科研能力均有待提高;(3)张家口地区高职院校健美操课程中,学前教育专业的健美操教学大纲与其它专业相同;健美操理论课时数偏少,教学内容普遍比较浅显、缺乏实用性,针对学前教育专业的有关幼儿健美操知识及套路均未涉及;健美操教学中大多数教师主要采用传统的教学模式,少数教师能够做到在教学中不断改进教学模式,使之更符合教学的需要;(4)高职学前学生生源来源复杂,健美操基础参差不齐,喜欢上健美操课,“兴趣爱好”、“塑形美体”是学生选修健美操课程的主要原因;(5)张家口地区高职院校场地设施一般,器材配备不充足;(6)学前学生在市场需求与行业业务需要中,健美操技能水平占有重要位置。针对张家口地区高职院校学前教育专业健美操课程的现状,本研究主要从五个方面提出了课程改革和发展对策:(1)完善健美操课程教学大纲;(2)加强师资队伍的培养与发展;(3)健美操课程教学模式创新与改革,即:建立小组课与“小组课和集体课相结合的模块化”教学模式;(4)根据学前专业特点和学生能力水平选择健美操课程教学内容,即:教学内容“幼儿化”、“师范化”、“综合化”;增加幼儿教学的动作创编、幼儿健身操套路的音乐选配教学内容;(5)加强校企合作,重视社会实践活动。
[Abstract]:Aerobics has the function of enhancing students' physique, promoting students' health, shaping bodybuilding, improving aesthetic ability and promoting the development of psychological quality. With the further development of physical education reform, the innovation and development of aerobics course in various vocational colleges are also unbalanced. This research is based on the practice of physical education teaching reform in higher vocational colleges and universities. Based on the New Curriculum Standards of physical Education and Health and the National guiding outline of physical Education in Colleges and Universities, the present situation of aerobics teaching in preschool education major in Zhangjiakou area is analyzed and studied. Based on the construction of high quality courses, the author puts forward the countermeasures of the reform and development of aerobics curriculum, which provides the relevant basis for the construction and reform of calisthenics course of preschool education major in Zhangjiakou area. This paper investigates the development of aerobics course of preschool education major in Zhangjiakou area by using the methods of literature, questionnaire, expert interview and mathematical statistics. The results show that: (1) in Zhangjiakou higher vocational colleges, aerobics courses are mainly in the form of elective courses and elective courses, and the participants are mainly pre-school girls; (2) the resources of aerobics teachers in Zhangjiakou higher vocational colleges are sufficient. Teachers are relatively young and middle-aged, short teaching years and low title; teachers' academic level and scientific research ability need to be improved; (3) Zhangjiakou higher vocational college aerobics curriculum, The calisthenics teaching syllabus of preschool education major is the same as other major, the number of classes of aerobics theory is on the low side, the teaching content is generally simple, the lack of practicability, and the knowledge and routine of calisthenics for preschool education major are not involved; In aerobics teaching, most teachers mainly adopt the traditional teaching mode, a few teachers can constantly improve the teaching mode in order to make it more in line with the teaching needs. (4) the source of pre-school students in higher vocational education is complex. The basis of aerobics is uneven, like aerobics classes, "hobbies", "shape beauty" is the main reason for students to take aerobics courses; (5) Zhangjiakou area vocational colleges site facilities, Equipment is not enough; (6) Aerobics skill level plays an important role in market demand and business needs of pre-school students. Aiming at the present situation of aerobics course of preschool education major in Zhangjiakou area, This research mainly puts forward the countermeasures of curriculum reform and development from five aspects: (1) to perfect the teaching outline of aerobics course; (2) to strengthen the training and development of teachers; (3) to innovate and reform the teaching mode of aerobics course; (4) selecting the teaching content of aerobics course according to the characteristics of pre-school specialty and students' ability, that is, the teaching content of aerobics course is "toddler" and "teacher training". "Synthetical"; increase the movement creation of infant's teaching, the music match teaching content of the routine of children's calisthenics; (5) strengthen the cooperation between school and enterprise, attach importance to social practice activities.
