新疆哈萨克族传统体育文化的形成及历史嬗变

【摘要】：运用文献资料、历史研究等方法,梳理了新疆哈萨克族传统体育文化的起源、形成、发展及传承的过程。结果表明:在远古时期,哈萨克族先民已形成了打猎、放牧为主的生存体育,学会了奔跑、跳跃、搏斗、攀爬、舞蹈等身体活动;塞种人时期,初步形成能征善战的尚武文化;乌孙、康居族时期,与汉代中原文化的相互融合,形成了军事武艺为主的骑射文化;哈萨克族建立时期、蒙元时期、哈萨克汗国时期,骑射文化经过了发展、继续发展、高度发展的过程;清代哈萨克族骑射文化融合于民俗节庆体育;近现代时期,哈萨克族传统体育日渐向着娱乐化、生活化、游戏化等多元化方向发展。新疆哈萨克族传统体育历代传承,为中国体育的发展作出了不朽的贡献。
[Abstract]:The origin, formation, development and inheritance of traditional sports culture of Kazak nationality in Xinjiang are combed by means of literature and historical research. The results show that in ancient times, Kazakh ancestors formed hunting, grazing, survival sports, learning to run, jump, fight, climb, dance and other physical activities; During the period of Wusun, Kangju nationality and the Central Plains culture of Han Dynasty, the culture of riding and shooting was formed. During the period of the founding of Kazakh nationality, the period of Mongolian Yuan Dynasty and the period of Kazakh khanate, the culture of riding and shooting was developed and continued to develop. The highly developed process; the integration of Kazakh riding and shooting culture into folk festival sports in Qing Dynasty; in modern times, Kazakh traditional sports gradually towards entertainment, life, games and other diversified directions. Xinjiang Kazak traditional sports have been handed down from generation to generation and have made immortal contributions to the development of Chinese sports.
