【摘要】：随着我国篮球运动的迅速发展,面对日益严峻的竞争挑战,越来越多的专家学者开始研究篮球团队获胜的内在机制结构,团队共享心智模型这一理念应运而生,且如火如荼。在CUBA篮球竞技团队中,共享心智模型的优势愈加明显。团队共享心智模型是团队凝聚力的核心,是关系到团队绩效好坏的直接因素。在当今国际化环境下我国CUBA篮球竞赛将面临更大的竞争,如何才能更好的增强自身的竞争力,成了CUBA篮球竞技团队的核心问题。本文的研究目的在于,以CUBA第十三届分区赛东南赛区14支球队为研究对象,通过问卷调查法、数据主要通过探索性因子分析、结构公式模型、多元线性回归分析和典型性相关分析等方法,从团队层面着手,将问卷调查的数据进行纵向剖析,来探讨团队共享心智模型与其前因及结果变量之间的相关关系,并进一步探寻篮球团队共享心智模型对团队绩效的影响。在对相关文献研究总结的基础上,对成熟的篮球团队共享心智模型、团队绩效量表的数据进行信效度检验,并在此基础上分析研究了团队共享心智模型对团队绩效的影响。本文的主要研究结论如下:(1)篮球竞技共享心智模型与团队绩效显著正相关。其中,篮球团队队友共享心智模型、技术/设备共享心智模型、团队交互作用共享心智模型、团队任务共享心智模型均与团队绩效显著正相关。(2)CUBA篮球团队绩效以团队成员满意度及团队得分两大指标来衡量,而团队得分又以球队平均每场比赛得失分比、球队成员合作行为得分和球队平均每场比赛助攻得分这三个指标来衡量。团队共享心智模型及其各维度对团队绩效的两大指标均有显著相关。(3)篮球竞技共享心智模型各维度分别对团队绩效具有不同程度的的影响,就CUBA第十三届分区赛东南赛区这14支队伍而言,技术/设备共享心智模型和队友共享心智模型对其团队绩效的影响较大,而团队交互作用共享心智模型与团队任务共享心智模型对团队绩效的影响相对薄弱。(4)就CUBA篮球团队而言,团队共享心智模型的相似程度对团队绩效有不同影响,当篮球团队整体共享心智模型相似性越高时,对团队绩效的影响也越大。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of basketball in China, more and more experts and scholars begin to study the internal mechanism structure of basketball team winning in the face of increasingly severe competition challenges. The concept of team shared mental model emerges as the times require and is in full swing. In Cuba basketball competitive team, the advantage of sharing mental model becomes more obvious. Team shared mental model is the core of team cohesion and a direct factor related to team performance. In the current international environment, Cuba basketball competition in China will face greater competition, how to better enhance their own competitiveness, has become the core issue of Cuba basketball competitive team. The purpose of this paper is to take 14 teams in the Southeast area of the 13th Cuba Division Competition as the research object. Through the method of questionnaire, the data are mainly through exploratory factor analysis and structural formula model. With the methods of multiple linear regression analysis and typical correlation analysis, the data of the questionnaire were analyzed vertically from the team level to explore the correlation between the shared mental model of the team and its antecedents and outcome variables. And further explore the basketball team shared mental model on team performance. On the basis of summarizing the relevant literature, this paper tests the reliability and validity of the mature basketball team shared mental model and team performance scale data, and then analyzes the effect of team shared mental model on team performance. The main conclusions are as follows: (1) the mental model of basketball competitive sharing is positively correlated with team performance. Among them, basketball team teammates shared mental model, technology / equipment shared mental model, team interaction shared mental model, Team task sharing mental models were significantly positively correlated with team performance. (2) Cuba basketball team performance was measured by team member satisfaction and team score, and team score was measured by team average score per game. The team members'cooperative behavior score and the team's average score of assists per game are measured. Team shared mental model and its dimensions are significantly related to the two indicators of team performance. (3) each dimension of basketball competitive shared mental model has different effects on team performance. For the 14 teams in the Southeast of the 13th Cuba Division, the technology / equipment shared mental model and the team-mate shared mental model have a great influence on their team performance. However, team interaction shared mental model and team task shared mental model have relatively weak influence on team performance. (4) as far as Cuba basketball team is concerned, the similarity of team shared mental model has different influence on team performance. The higher the similarity of the shared mental model, the greater the effect on team performance.
