我国职业足球球迷协会模式的改革创新路径研究

【摘要】:足球,向来是世界各类体育项目中参与人数最多、受众最广泛、影响最深远的,一直以来在运动项目的改革发展中都起着标杆和先锋作用。众所周知,职业联赛是是足球产业的核心,各职业足球俱乐部又是联赛的基本构成单位,而球迷则不仅是俱乐部,更是我国整个足球产业发展进程中不可或缺的生力军。纵观各国足球联赛,球迷与俱乐部之间往往呈现出互相尊重互相支持的共同利益关系,因此,调剂好与球迷的互动、助力甚至主导其发展壮大、树立优秀球迷团队形象向来是各俱乐部的主要课题。球迷协会典型形式即球迷协会,我国足球球迷协会建立之初源于对欧洲先进球迷协会的效仿,而伴随着我国足球职业化进程的这些年,球迷协会在自身日趋成熟的同时却与俱乐部维持着较为微妙的关系,且不断有较大影响范围的负面事件出现,相较于欧美发达的球迷产业也更为低迷,严重滞后了我国足球产业和足球职业化的推进。因此,寻找一条适合我国球迷协会的发展道路,使其更好为我国足球事业甚至是整个体育产业服务,是一个亟待创新解决方法的问题。球迷协会是球迷个体的群体聚集形式,其本身就具有组织概念的共性,即以组织模式、运作机制、结构构建和职能划分为主的制度内容,和以成员精神文化、行为表现、物质表现等为主的人文内容。据此,本研究分别讨论了我国球迷协会在模式改革和人文创新两个方面的发展路径,通过国内外代表比较分析等方法,提出了两方面各自的基本策略,为建立更加成熟更加优质的球迷协会提出了理论依据,对促进我国足球产业的健康发展有着现实意义。首先,本文通过典型案例和框架结构分析了我国足球球迷协会改革创新的必要性,认为球迷协会是我国足球市场的基础建设者,是我国体育产业的内容消费者,是职业足球俱乐部的重要参与者,同样也是社会群体文化的重要组成者。再者,本文通过文献资料法、比较研究法、逻辑推理法和访问调查法等多种方法,选取职业足球俱乐部的分析事例,对国内外球迷协会构建及发展进行了对比,分别从球迷协会性质、组织内部机构设置和组织发展模式进行分析。针对球迷协会的模式改革路径,本研究首先简要分析了我国球迷协会发展历程和现状;再者,文章着重从球迷协会性质、组织模式、机构设置、运作机制等方面,将我国球迷协会与世界具有代表性的成熟球迷协会进行比较分析,显著呈现其现有模式的优劣势,并据此提出了我国球迷协会的基本构建原则:统一管理原则、可盈利原则、以人为本原则;接着,研究从性质及结构构建、资金来源及使用、运行机制划分三个方面详细阐述了我国球迷协会模式改革路径。针对球迷协会的人文创新路径,本研究将我国球迷协会的人文创新主要分为行为层面、物质层面、精神层面和制度层面四个基本构成。在每个层面下,则包括了该层面内涵和我国球迷协会的现状,且逐一分析了造成当下困境的原因,并有针对性的探讨了该层面具体的创新方式和发展路径,最后根据四个层面总体要求提出了我国球迷协会人文创新的总体目标。事实上,球迷协会若想要形成一定的规模效应,其必定是依附于职业体育俱乐部而存在的,强烈的归属感是球迷协会得以塑造的前提。反之,成熟完善的球迷协会构建可以净化职业体育发展环境,推动俱乐部本土化建设,也可树立体育文化的建设标杆。
[Abstract]:Football, which has always been the most popular and most far-reaching one in all kinds of sports in the world, has been playing the role of benchmarking and pioneer in the reform and development of sports. As we all know, the professional league is the core of the football industry, and the professional football clubs are the basic units of the league, and the fans are not. Only the club, is the indispensable force in the development process of the whole football industry in our country. Throughout the football league, fans and clubs often show mutual respect and mutual support of mutual respect and mutual support. This is the main topic of all the clubs. The fan association is the typical form of the fan association. The football fans Association of our country was established at the beginning of the imitation of the advanced European Association of fans. Along with the years of football professionalism in China, the football association has maintained a more subtle relationship with the club while it is becoming mature. The emergence of negative events with a wide range of impact, which is more depressed than the developed fan industry in Europe and America, seriously lagged behind the promotion of football industry and football professionalism in our country. Therefore, it is urgent to find a way suitable for the development of China's Football Association and make it better for our country's football cause and even the whole sports industry. The fan association is the group aggregation form of the fan individual. The fan association itself has the commonness of the organizational concept, that is, the institutional content based on the organizational model, the operating mechanism, the structure construction and the functional division, and the humanistic content of the members' spiritual culture, behavior performance and material performance. This paper discusses the development path of China's fan association in two aspects of mode reform and humanistic innovation. Through comparison and analysis at home and abroad, this paper puts forward two basic strategies for the establishment of a more mature and more high-quality Football Association, which is of practical significance to promote the healthy development of the football industry in China. First, this paper analyzes the necessity of the reform and innovation of the football fans Association in China through the typical case and frame structure. It is considered that the fan association is the foundation builder of the football market in China, the content consumer of the sports industry in China, an important participant in the professional football club, and an important component of the social group culture. In this paper, through a variety of methods such as literature, comparative research, logical reasoning and access investigation, this paper selects the analysis examples of professional football clubs, and compares the construction and development of fans associations at home and abroad. This study first briefly analyzes the development process and status of the football association in China. Furthermore, the article focuses on the comparison and analysis of the fans Association and the world's representative mature fan association from the aspects of the nature of the fan association, the organization model, the institutional setting and the operating mechanism. At the same time, we put forward the basic construction principles of the Football Association of our country: the principle of unified management, the principle of profit and the principle of people-oriented. Then, the research from three aspects: the nature and the structure of the structure, the source and use of the fund and the operation mechanism, the reform path of the association of fans in China is expounded in detail. In this study, the humanistic innovation of the Football Association of China is divided into four basic components: the behavioral level, the material level, the spiritual level and the system level. At each level, it includes the connotation of this level and the present situation of our country's fan association, and analyzes the causes of the current situation one by one, and discusses the specific aspects of the level. In the end, according to the overall requirements of the four levels, the overall goal of the cultural innovation of our fans association is put forward. In fact, if the fan association wants to form a certain scale effect, it must be attached to the professional sports club, and the strong sense of belonging is the prerequisite for the molding of the fan association. The establishment of a mature and perfect fan association can purify the development environment of professional sports, promote the localization of the club, and set up a benchmark for the construction of sports culture.
