舞蹈啦啦操立转类难度单足立稳定性训练效果的实验研究

【摘要】:近年来,随着啦啦操项目在我国的快速普及和迅猛发展,关于啦啦操训练的研究显得尤为重要。啦啦操分为舞蹈啦啦操和技巧啦啦操。通过对舞蹈啦啦操竞赛规则的学习和研究,发现以此,成套编排选择更高难度级别转体类难度动作来提高成套动作的起评分,是取得优异成绩的制高点。当今舞蹈啦啦操成套动作中,转体类难度动作是以单足立踵转体基本技术为核心,而单足立踵转体动作是舞蹈啦啦操转体类难度动作的基础和原点技术。本文通过文献资料法、实验法、数理统计法,针对芭蕾把上练习和芭蕾与专项力量相结合的“芭力”结合式练习两种练习内容对单足立踵动作稳定性的教学实验效果进行比较与分析。得到以下结论:1.“芭力”结合式实验内容与芭蕾把上内容实验结果表明,两者均有利于提高单足立踵动作稳定性的效果,能使单足立踵时间延长,单位时间内重心活动面积缩小,提高了单足立踵转体类难度动作的稳定性。2.“芭力”结合式实验内容与芭蕾把上内容实验结果表明,“芭力”结合式内容比芭蕾把上内容实验效果学习者的身体控制能力更强,重心稳定性和肌肉控制能力都有明显提高,同时可相对延长重心稳定状态,单足立踵时间增长,有利于提高单足立转体类难度动作完成质量,从而提高竞赛成绩。3.芭蕾把上内容与“芭力”结合式内容实验结果表明,芭蕾把上内容实验对短时间内提高身体重心稳定性的效果更好,可以促使单足立踵动作从起势到立踵过程的稳定过度,为转体类难度动作完成质量的提高打下良好的基础。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid popularization and rapid development of the cheerleading program in China, the research on the cheerleading training is particularly important. Cheerleading is divided into dance cheerleading and skill cheerleading. Through the study and research on the rules of dance cheerleading and gymnastics competition, it is found that it is the commanding point to obtain excellent results to select a higher difficulty level and a higher difficulty level to improve the initial score of the complete set of movements. Nowadays, in the complete set of dance cheerleading movements, the basic technique of single foot heel rotation is the core of the difficulty movement of rotation, while the movement of single foot and heel is the basis and origin of the difficulty movement of dance cheerleading. In this paper, through the method of literature, experiment, mathematical statistics, This paper compares and analyzes the effect of the teaching experiment on the stability of one-legged standing heel movement by two kinds of exercises, "ballet" combined exercise and "ballet" combined exercise with special strength. Get the following conclusion: 1. The experimental results of "Barry" combined with ballet handle show that both of them can improve the stability of one-legged heel motion, prolong the time of one-legged heel, and reduce the area of gravity center in unit time. Improved the stability of the single foot heel rotation class difficulty movement. 2. The results showed that the body control ability of the learners was stronger than that of the Ballet upper content experiment, and the stability of the center of gravity and muscle control ability were improved obviously. At the same time, it can prolong the steady state of gravity center and increase the time of standing heel relatively, which is helpful to improve the completion quality of the difficulty movement of single foot and turn body, and thus improve the result of competition. 3. The results of the experiment of ballet upper content and "ballet" show that the experiment can improve the stability of body center of gravity in a short period of time, and can promote the steady transition of one-legged heel movement from the beginning of the body to the establishment of the heel, and the experiment results show that the experiment can improve the stability of the body's center of gravity in a short period of time. It lays a good foundation for the improvement of the quality of the difficulty movement.
