中外顶级男子百米运动员跑的技术特征差异研究

【摘要】:伴随着我国对竞技体育的不断投入,科技与体育的不断交融,现阶段的体育事业有了整体性的提高,我国现阶段正处于向体育强国转型的时期。在这样的背景下,我国的短跑项目也有了实质性的突破。基于此,我们有必要对现今我国选手与世界百米顶级运动员全程百米跑四阶段的时间、空间技术特征差异进行研究。其目的是为我国短跑训练、教学提供参考。本研究以2015年世界田径锦标赛男子百米决赛的冠亚季军及我国选手苏炳添和张培萌为研究对象。采用文献资料法、数理统计法、信息技术法等,对中外百米选手的技术时空特征进行全面的比较、分析。本文得出如下研究成果:(1)起跑阶段,我国的好手的平均反应时慢于世界顶尖级选手的平均反应时,且我国选手的起跑反应能力不稳定。(2)加速跑阶段,我国的好手的平均水平慢于世界顶尖级选手的平均水平,且我国选手的加速能力不稳定。(3)途中跑阶段,我国的途中跑时间明显少于世界的平均水平。(4)冲刺跑阶段,我国选手的冲刺能力明显较世界顶级选手差,提示我国的教练员与运动员在日后的训练中,要进一步加强速度耐力训练与爆发力训练。(5)苏、张的压线技术也不如世界顶级高手的压线技术,其躯干没有很明显的向前倾斜的态势。
[Abstract]:With the continuous investment in competitive sports and the blend of science and technology with sports, the sports cause has been improved integrally at the present stage, and our country is in the period of transforming into a powerful sports country at the present stage. In this context, our country's sprint has also made a substantial breakthrough. Based on this, it is necessary for us to study the difference of time and space technical characteristics between the present Chinese athletes and the world's top 100-meter athletes in the four stages of the whole 100-meter race. Its purpose is to provide reference for our country sprint training and teaching. In this study, the second runner-up of the men's 100-meter final in the 2015 World Athletics Championships and the Chinese contestants Su Bingtian and Zhang Peimeng were selected as the research subjects. By using the methods of literature, mathematical statistics and information technology, this paper makes a comprehensive comparison and analysis of the space-time characteristics of Chinese and foreign 100-meter contestants. The results are as follows: (1) in the starting stage, the average reaction time of the good hands in our country is slower than that of the top players in the world, and the ability of starting reaction of the Chinese players is unstable. (2) accelerating the running stage, the average reaction time of the good hands in our country is slower than that of the world's top players. The average level of good hands in our country is slower than the average level of the world's top runners, and the acceleration ability of our country's athletes is unstable. (3) in the en route running stage, the time of our country's en route running is obviously less than the world's average level. (4) the sprint stage, The sprint ability of the Chinese athletes is obviously worse than that of the top players in the world, suggesting that our coaches and athletes should further strengthen the speed endurance training and explosive force training in the future training. (5) Su, Zhang's line pressing technology is not as good as the world's top experts, its torso has no obvious forward tilt trend.
