石家庄学院社会体育专业校企合作实习现状研究

【摘要】:“校企合作”的概念最早起源于20世纪之初的欧洲创新理论领域,到20世纪70年代,创新理论的不断完善,学校和企业作为集体性单位出现在创新理论领域,为二者的结合提供了可能。而校企合作的研究,出现在实践教学研究全面深入之后,理论基础在于杜威的实用教学理论和经验教学理论、角色转换教学理论。校企合作是指:校企合作是集实践教学、技术培训、技能鉴定、理论创新、实践创新为一体的教学模式,是实现学校转型、提高技能型人才培养质量的最为有效举措。校企合作办学开展的意义在于:能够有效提高学生的专业实践能力,帮助企业解决发展公关课题,实现双方优势资源互补,推动高校向应用技能型高校快速转变。本研究主要以石家庄学院社会体育专业校企合作实习开展情况为研究对象,因早在2009年该校社体专业便开启了校企合作办学的探索,至今已有已形成相对成熟、河北省同类院校专业领先水平的合作办学模式。同时该校被河北省确定为首批十所应用型转型试点院校,社会体育专业则为该校校企合作办学试点专业。通过本研究能够发现该校社会体育专业校企合作办学过程中产生的有益经验和不足,针对性提出改进办法,为河北省乃至全国同类院校社会体育专业校企合作办学提供借鉴。研究中主要采用文献资料法、调查法、数理统计等方法,研究的主要内容包括校企合作办学开展的政策分析、社会体育专业开展校企合作的理论基础、实习的内容、实习的目标、实习的形式、实习的指导、实习的管理、实训基地的建设、实习的评价九部分内容。通过研究发现在当前的校企合作实习中存在以下问题:校企双方在培养学生的认识上存在一定的差异;双方在学生管理上存在一定的不足;对学生专业技能教育和素质教育对等性较差;实习生与老员工之间关系存在存在一定矛盾;产学研水平有待进一步提高。改进措施为:回归教学本性,加强校企双方在实践教学环节上的交流;加强校企双方实习管理水平;提高学生对外出实习的认知水平;促进老员工同新员工的“帮带”关系;建立激励机制促进产学研水平的提高。通过上述研究,得出以下结论:(1)校企双方合作办学发展态势良好,合作成果颇丰;先后同企业合作创建了教学实训基地、高影响力体育展会、互派教师挂职锻炼、订单式人才培养“宝力班”、企业高额奖学金发放等;实习中,有50余名学生在企业多个中层级以上岗位有过履职经历,300余名学生毕业后在企业的不同部门有过工作经历。毕业生就业率达到了95%以上,遥遥领先于省内同专业其他院校。(2)合作教学、科研、管理上存在一定问题;学生对与校企双方在教学上的平衡性较差,目前尚没有一个相对中和的教学方法和管理方式能够满足学生的要求;科研成果基本聚焦在实践教学理论研究单一形式上,并没有针对企业长远发展、内涵建设等方面的科研产出;现有的管理往往造成原职工与实习生之间的利益竞争,从而使彼此间产生芥蒂,影响老员工对实习生的帮带、指导关系。(3)校企合作的层次有待进一步提高;未来工作中,校企双方还需继续展开探究,丰富教学方式、方法、内容,减少学生在不同课堂间的适应时间;增强管理水平,减少学生在学校与企业间的角色冲突;促进科研合作的多元化,切实增强科研对企业发展的贡献。
[Abstract]:The concept of "school enterprise cooperation" originated first in the field of European innovation theory at the beginning of the twentieth Century. By 1970s, the theory of innovation was perfected continuously. Schools and enterprises appeared as collective units in the field of innovation theory, which provided the possibility for the combination of the two. The research of school enterprise cooperation appeared in the comprehensive and deep research of practice teaching. After that, the theory is based on Dewey's practical teaching theory and experience teaching theory and role transformation teaching theory. School enterprise cooperation means that school enterprise cooperation is a teaching model integrating practice teaching, technical training, skill identification, theoretical innovation and practical innovation. It is the most effective measure to realize school transformation and improve the quality of skilled talents. The significance of school enterprise cooperation in running a school is that it can effectively improve the students' professional practice ability, help enterprises to solve the development of public relations issues, realize the complementary advantages of both sides, and promote the rapid transformation of colleges and universities to applied skills universities. This study mainly focuses on the development of school enterprise cooperation practice in the social physical education major of Shijiazhuang University. As early as in 2009, the school of society opened the exploration of school enterprise cooperation. So far, it has formed a relatively mature mode of cooperation in the leading level of the same universities in Hebei province. At the same time, the school has been confirmed by Hebei Province as the first ten Pilot Universities of applied transformation, and the sports specialty of the society is the pilot of the school enterprise cooperation. Through this study, we can find some useful experiences and shortcomings in the process of school enterprise cooperation in school and enterprise in the school of social physical education, and put forward the improvement measures to provide reference for the school enterprise cooperation in the school enterprise of social sports specialty in Hebei and the same kind of colleges and universities throughout the country. The main contents of the study include the policy analysis of school enterprise cooperation in running a school, the theoretical foundation of school enterprise cooperation in social sports major, the content of practice, the goal of practice, the form of practice, the guidance of practice, the management of practice, the construction of practical training base, the evaluation of practice, and the actual cooperation between school and enterprise is found through the research. The following problems exist in the study: there are certain differences between the two sides of the school and enterprise in cultivating students' understanding; there are certain deficiencies in the management of the two sides; the equivalence of the students' professional skills education and the quality education is poor; there is a certain contradiction between the intern and the old employees; the level of production, research and research needs to be further improved. To return to the nature of teaching, strengthen the exchange between the school and enterprise on the practical teaching link; strengthen the level of the practice management of the two sides of the school and enterprise; improve the students' cognitive level of the internship; promote the "Gang" relationship between the old employees and the new employees; establish the incentive mechanism to promote the improvement of the level of production and research. Through the above study, the following conclusions are drawn: (1) school The cooperation between the enterprises and the enterprises has developed well, and the results of cooperation are very fruitful. We have established teaching and training bases in cooperation with enterprises, high influence sports exhibitions, teachers hanging up each other, the training of "treasure force class" for order type talents, and high scholarships of enterprises. In the practice, more than 50 students have had a performance in a number of middle level posts and above in enterprises. After graduation, more than 300 students have had work experience in different departments of the enterprise after graduation. The employment rate of graduates has reached more than 95%. The distance is far ahead of the province and other colleges and universities. (2) there are some problems in cooperative teaching, scientific research and management; there is not a relative neutrality between students and school enterprises in teaching. The teaching methods and management methods can meet the requirements of the students; the scientific research results are mainly focused on the single form of the theoretical research of practical teaching, and there is no scientific research output on the long-term development of the enterprises and the connotation construction. The existing management often causes the interest competition between the original workers and the interns, thus making each other with the shadow of the shade. (3) the level of school enterprise cooperation needs to be further improved; in the future work, both school and enterprise need to continue to explore, enrich the teaching methods, methods, content, reduce the students' adaptation time between different classes; strengthen the management level, reduce the student's role conflict between the school and the enterprise; promote the student's role conflict between the school and the enterprise; The diversification of scientific research cooperation will enhance the contribution of scientific research to the development of enterprises.
