哈他瑜伽对大学生情绪调节自我效能的影响及其延伸效应

【摘要】:本研究选取哈他瑜伽作为干预方式,探讨8周的哈他瑜伽对大学生情绪调节自我效能的影响及其延伸效应,为促进大学生的心理健康,以及瑜伽课程的设置与推广提供理论和实践依据。本研究由两个部分组成:研究一为纵向干预,采用实验法探究哈他瑜伽是否能够提升情绪调节自我效能。选取某高校非体育专业49名在校大学生,皆为女性。平均年龄20.98±1.450岁,实验组25人,对照组24人。实验材料为《情绪调节自我效能问卷》,干预时间为8周,采用重复测量的实验设计。使用SPSS 22.0和Excel软件包进行重复测量方差分析,数据处理。研究结果表明:经过8周的运动干预,情绪调节自我效能中“调节生气/愤怒情绪自我效能”、“调节正性情绪自我效能”和“调节沮丧/痛苦情绪自我效能”3个维度的干预时间×类型的交互作用显著;“感受正性情绪自我效能”干预前后未见显著变化。表明8周的哈他瑜伽对大学生情绪调节自我效能有积极影响,结果整体支持了假设一。研究二在研究一的基础上为了探讨其延伸效应,选取了应对方式这一心理指标做了横断研究,检验了情绪调节自我效能在哈他瑜伽和应对方式之间的中介效应。选取了某高校非体育专业300名学生参与心理测验,其中瑜伽锻炼组80人,非锻炼组220人,年龄=19.69±1.446岁。实验材料为《大学生应对方式问卷》、《情绪调节自我效能问卷》,所有数据使用SPSS 22.0和Excel进行回归分析。研究结果表明瑜伽练习对“问题取向”、“情绪取向”和“回避”均有显著的预测作用;瑜伽练习对情绪调节自我效能具有显著预测作用;情绪调节自我效能在是否练习瑜伽与“问题取向”、“情绪取向”和“回避”三种应对方式之间均具有中介作用。结果表明哈他瑜伽与积极应对方式之间存在正向相关关系,情绪调节自我效能在其中起中介作用。哈他瑜伽练习,可通过提升大学生的情绪调节自我效能来进一步改善大学生的应对方式,结果支持了假设二。结论:1)为期8周每周2次每次60分钟的哈他瑜伽能够有效的提高大学生的情绪调节自我效能水平。2)哈他瑜伽练习的延伸效应在于:它通过提升大学生的情绪调节自我效能,进而改善其应对方式。
[Abstract]:In this study, Hatha Yoga was chosen as an intervention to explore the effects of Hatha Yoga on emotional regulation self-efficacy of college students and its extended effects, in order to promote the mental health of college students. As well as the yoga course setting and promotion provides the theory and the practice basis. This study consists of two parts: one is longitudinal intervention, and the other is to investigate whether Hatha yoga can improve the self-efficacy of emotion regulation. Select a certain university non-sports major 49 college students, all are women. The average age was 20.98 卤1.450 years old, 25 in the experimental group and 24 in the control group. The experimental material was emotional Regulation self-efficacy questionnaire. The intervention time was 8 weeks. Using SPSS 22. 0 and Excel software package for repeated measurement ANOVA, data processing. The results showed that after 8 weeks of exercise intervention, emotion regulation self-efficacy was regulated in anger / anger mood self-efficacy. The interaction between the three dimensions of "regulating positive emotional self-efficacy" and "regulating depression / pain emotional self-efficacy" was significant, while "feeling positive emotional self-efficacy" had no significant change before and after intervention. The results showed that Hatha Yoga for 8 weeks had a positive effect on emotional regulation self-efficacy of college students, and the results supported hypothesis 1. In the second study, in order to explore its extension effect, the psychological index of coping style was chosen to conduct a crosscutting study, and the mediating effect of emotional regulation self-efficacy between Hatha yoga and coping style was tested. A total of 300 students of non-physical education major in a university were selected to take part in the psychological test, of which 80 were in the yoga exercise group and 220 in the non-exercise group, with an age of 19.69 卤1.446 years. The experimental materials were "College students coping style questionnaire" and "emotion Regulation Self-efficacy questionnaire". All the data were analyzed by SPSS 22.0 and Excel regression analysis. The results show that yoga exercises have a significant predictive effect on "problem orientation", "emotional orientation" and "avoidance", and yoga exercises have a significant predictive effect on self-efficacy of emotion regulation. Emotional self-efficacy plays an intermediary role between yoga and "problem orientation", "emotional orientation" and "avoidance". The results showed that there was a positive correlation between hatha yoga and positive coping style, in which emotion regulation self-efficacy played an intermediary role. Hatha yoga practice can further improve the coping style of college students by improving their emotional self-efficacy. The results support hypothesis 2. Conclusion: (1) Hatha Yoga, twice a week for 8 weeks, can effectively improve the emotional regulation self-efficacy of college students. 2. The extended effect of Hatha Yoga practice is that it can improve the emotional self-efficacy of college students. And then improve its coping style.
