一次性有氧运动对中高度近视女大学生眼压的影响

【摘要】:研究目的:运动是调节眼压的健康可行的方法,本研究监测不同屈光度人群运动前后眼压变化规律,分析有氧运动对降低眼压的效果,为近视人群健康运动提供理论依据,期望为探索近视人群眼压调节提供研究资料。研究方法:来自北京体育大学111名非运动训练专业在校女大学生,按近视程度分为非近视组(-0.5D≤SE+0.5D)、中度近视组(-6.0DSE≤-3.0D)和高度近视组(-9.0DSE≤-6.0D),按照最大心率百分比进行低(52%-63%HRmax)、中(64%-75%HRmax)、高(76%-87%HRmax)三个强度有氧运动,记录运动过程中及运动后恢复期眼压、血压及心率变化过程。使用spss18.0进行数据统计和分析。研究结果:(1)非近视组基础眼压值显著低于中度近视组(P0.05)和高度近视组(P0.01)。(2)低强度有氧运动运动期眼压变化不显著,运动后2h眼压显著降低;中等强度有氧运动运动期和恢复期眼压均显著降低;高强度有氧运动5min可见眼压即刻下降,且运动期眼压可维持较低趋势,恢复期中高度近视组眼压明显低于基线眼压值,非近视组眼压变化不显著。(3)非近视组和中度近视组运动后恢复期眼压显著恢复趋势,高度近视组恢复期眼压显著低于基线眼压值。(4)眼压与收缩压相关性不明显;眼压与舒张压相关性不明显;非近视、中高近视眼眼压与眼平均灌注压低度相关;眼压与心率相关性不显著。研究结论:有氧运动强度为最大心率的64%-75%时,非近视和中度近视组眼压下降明显;高度近视眼压调节的运动强度高于非近视和中度近视组。30min中高强度有氧运动引起的眼压下降可维持2h以上。
