全民健身操舞引入贵阳地区本科高校健美操课程的研究

【摘要】:随着全民健身国家战略深入推进,群众体育发展达到新水平,广大人民群众对健康有了更高层次的需求,维护人民健康、预防亚健康、减少疾病成为目前的重要使命。“体医结合”健康促进模式的有效推行必将有利于“科学健身、健康生活”理念的推进,传递科学时尚的健身思想,提升全民疾病防控意识,大力挖掘整理运动处方,以增强国民体质、提高全民族身体素质和改善生活质量为主要目标。在这样的背景和需求下,一股全民健身热潮在国内盛行——全民健身操舞,它是全民健身事业发展的主要活动之一。在健身操基础上融入风格多样的舞蹈元素,再加上项目本身不断的创新发展,以其独有的健身价值和艺术价值受到高校大学生的青睐,也将成为广大群众主要的健身方式。伴随着体育基础课程改革的进行,《体育与健康课程标准》经众多专家多次修改并颁布,给体育教学内容发展提供了条件,也为我国普通高校体育教学内容改革提供契机。本文基于这一点,对全民健身操舞引入贵阳地区本科院校健美操课程进行研究,是高校体育教学改革和提高教学质量的有效途径,同时整合健美操课程资源,不断创新健身理念。本文运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法、个案研究法等方法,对贵阳地区10所本科高校的健美操课程内容现状、全民健身操舞教学开展现状、学生和教师对全民健身操舞认知及态度的分析、引入普通高校的可行性分析等研究,并分析贵州师范大学健美操课程引入全民健身操舞的做法、改革成效和经验,找出影响和阻碍全民健身操舞引入高校课堂的因素。针对贵阳地区本科高校的实际情况,构建适合贵阳地区本科高校特点的全民健身操舞(公共体育课程)新型教学体系,为各高校公体课开设该课程提供参考,目的是让更多的人参与到全民健身操舞的运动中来,提高学生的身体素质,达到健身的目的,进而培养高素质创新型人才。最后得出贵阳地区本科高校开展全民健身操舞可以从以下几点考虑:1、加大政策上的举措——引入高校课堂的保证;2、加强宣传力度——引入高校课堂的前提;3、加强全民健身操舞师资力量的培养——引入高校课堂的保障;4、整合健美操教学内容体系,打造独特的健身项目——进一步实现全民健身。
[Abstract]:With the further development of national strategy of national fitness for all, the development of mass sports has reached a new level. It is an important task for the masses to maintain people's health, prevent sub-health and reduce diseases. The effective implementation of the health promotion model of "combination of physical education and medicine" will be conducive to the promotion of the concept of "scientific fitness, healthy life", the transmission of scientific and fashionable fitness ideas, the promotion of the awareness of disease prevention and control among the whole people, and the vigorous excavation and arrangement of sports prescriptions. The main goal is to strengthen the national physique, improve the physical quality of the whole nation and improve the quality of life. In such a background and demand, a national fitness boom in China-national aerobics dance, it is one of the main activities of the development of national fitness. On the basis of aerobics, the dance elements of various styles and the continuous innovation and development of the project itself are favored by college students for their unique fitness value and artistic value, which will also become the main fitness way of the masses. Along with the reform of physical education basic curriculum, the course Standard of physical Education and Health has been revised and promulgated by many experts for many times, which provides conditions for the development of physical education teaching content, and also provides an opportunity for the reform of physical education teaching content in colleges and universities in China. Based on this point, this paper studies the introduction of national aerobics dance into the calisthenics curriculum of colleges and universities in Guiyang, which is an effective way to reform physical education teaching and improve teaching quality in colleges and universities, and at the same time, integrates the resources of aerobics courses. Keep innovating the idea of fitness. In this paper, using the methods of literature, questionnaire, expert interview and case study, the present situation of aerobics courses in 10 universities in Guiyang area and the present situation of the teaching of aerobics dance for the whole people are discussed. The analysis of students and teachers on the cognition and attitude of national aerobics dance, the feasibility analysis of introducing ordinary colleges and universities, and the analysis of the practice of introducing national aerobics dance into the aerobics course of Guizhou normal University, the reform effect and experience, etc. Find out the factors that influence and hinder the introduction of national aerobics dance into the classroom. In view of the actual situation of colleges and universities in Guiyang, a new teaching system of national aerobics and dance (public physical education course), which is suitable for the characteristics of universities in Guiyang, is constructed, which provides a reference for the opening of public sports courses in various colleges and universities. The purpose is to let more people participate in the exercise of national aerobics and dance, to improve the students' physical quality, to achieve the purpose of fitness, and to cultivate innovative talents with high quality. Finally, it is concluded that the national aerobics dance in colleges and universities in Guiyang can be considered from the following points: 1: 1, to increase the policy measures-to introduce university classroom assurance, to strengthen propaganda-to introduce the premise of university class, and to strengthen The training of all people's aerobics and dance teachers the introduction of college classroom security and the integration of aerobics teaching content system, Create a unique fitness program-to further achieve national fitness.
