对近三年ICU世界啦啦队锦标赛花球啦啦队前三名队伍成套设计的研究

【摘要】：啦啦队运动包括舞蹈啦啦队和技巧啦啦队两大类,其中花球啦啦队是非常典型的啦啦队项目,通过肢体的短暂加速、制动定位来体现花球啦啦队特有的力度感;通过运动过程中重心平稳、身体控制精确、位置准确来体现花球啦啦队特有的控制度;通过动作的配合、各类难度的展现、不同队形的转换以及层次对比组合的运用来体现花球啦啦队特有的视觉冲击力;通过团队的高度一致性和表演的激情、自信、感染力来体现花球啦啦队特有的团队精神。2017-2020年是啦啦队全新的周期,花球啦啦队项目的发展与更新将会是过去周期的全新总结和延续,科学、合理、创新、独特的编排设计理念与技术动作的完美完成是优秀的花球啦啦队成套呈现的基石。因此,本人通过分析研究2014-2016年ICU世界啦啦队锦标赛花球啦啦队前三名的高水平队伍成套的动作结构、成套设计及技术动作的变化发展,找出近三年花球啦啦队设计、技术动作的发展趋势和走向,从而期望对我国新周期的花球啦啦队的成套设计的进步做出一份贡献。1.难度动作的设计中,难度级别提升,且三大类难度动作均衡分布,美国队与日本队的多难度连接较多,充分体现了三年内世界花球啦啦队在难度动作上的进步以及难度动作艺术表现上的创新。2.托举动作前三名队伍各有所长,美国队通过组数和动作设计来表现托举技术,日本队通过被托举队员的技术技巧来表现托举技术,但其14-15年的托举动作相同,且在2016年0托举动作的现象说明了其与美国队的差距。3.配合动作在2014-2016年间,日本队的设计与运用最为突出,在花球交换、抛接的动作设计上日本队不断创新,设计了复杂多样的多种花球运用形式,但出现少量的失误。4.队形的创新和空间、场地的合理、多样化运用在2016年前三名成套中明显超越2014-2015年的成套设计,表现为复合形队形增多、三个空间运用数量及多位置场地运用数量的增加,美国队最为明显。5.近三年前三名队伍的成套动作完成情况明显提高,出现的失误数量明显减少,前三名的完成情况均与其成绩相一致,说明难度设计选择与队员实际完成能力及训练的有效性的紧密关系。
