里约奥运会女子跳水单人十米台动作稳定性研究

【摘要】:21世纪以来,世界经济体育发展势头更加强劲,各体育强国不断调整着各自的奥运战略。中国跳水竞技实力虽然依旧占据世界跳水界领先地位,但随着近年来对手国跳水竞技水平的快速提升,缩短了与我国的差距。尤其是在女子跳水单人十米跳台项目上,我国运动员屡次在国际赛事中丢失金牌。在2015年喀山世界游泳锦标赛跳水比赛中,中国队在奥运项目上唯有女子跳水单人十米台未能取得金牌,朝鲜选手金国香在难度系数明显低于中国选手的情况下,战胜了中国的双保险任茜、司雅杰夺得冠军,在一次证明在女子跳水单人十米台比赛中,动作稳定性才是赢得比赛的关键,与国外运动员相比,中国运动员在动作难度和稳定性上没有优势,虽然在里约奥运会中国队夺得了该项目的金牌,但并不能掩盖世锦赛、世界杯等大型比赛失利所埋下的危机。本文将以里约奥运会女子跳水单人十米台决赛成绩为视角,通过与2015年喀山世界游泳锦标赛、2015年全国跳水锦标赛女子跳水单人十米台决赛成绩进行分析对比研究,全面剖析影响我国女子跳水单人十米台运动员竞技水平的优劣势以及运动员完成动作稳定性的影响因素,得出结论和建议如下:研究结论:女子跳水单人十米台是一个比较容易出成绩和出黑马的项目,许多国家发展跳水项目都愿意把有限的精力放在女子跳水单人十米台项目上,成为先取得成绩的突破口;我国女子跳水单人十米台运动员在动作完成质量上并无优势可言,我国选手的整体难度与欧美选手持平或落后,年轻选手大赛经验不够丰富,动作稳定性又难以保证的情况下,国外选手靠大难度冲击中国选手,成功的次数在明显增加;我国女子跳水单人十米台运动员年龄大多处于生理发育期,运动员较年轻,大赛经验不足,发挥不出平时训练水平,已经成为制约我国选手夺冠道路上的障碍。建议:提高运动员动作难度系数和动作完成质量,从而保证在动作稳定性发挥不佳的情况下,分差不被对手拉开;教练员要从小培养运动员建立跳水动作稳定性的意识,让年轻运动员多参加高水平大赛,积累比赛经验,锻炼心理抗压能力;平时训练以提高运动员动作完成质量为基础,教练在队员每做一个动作时都要强调动作稳定性,灌输稳定性思想,日积月累运动员就会养成了动作稳定性意识;加强新秀培养,防止年龄断层,合理运用跳水比赛规则,尤其是教练员,要仔细研究新规则并及时调整训练方法,避免客观因素在比赛中对运动员造成不必要的影响;有效克服女运动员生理发育对比赛训练带来的影响,保证优秀运动员能顺利度过生理发育期,延伸高水平运动员的运动生涯年龄。
[Abstract]:Since the 21st century, the development momentum of the world economic sports has become stronger, and the sports powers are constantly adjusting their Olympic strategies. Although China's competitive strength still occupies the leading position in the world, the gap between China and China has been shortened with the rapid improvement of competitive level in recent years. Especially in the women's diving single 10 meter platform event, our athletes have repeatedly lost gold medals in international events. In the diving competition of the 2015 Kazan World Swimming Championships, the Chinese team failed to win the gold medal only in the women's diving single 10m platform in the Olympic events. Kim Guoxiang of North Korea had a significantly lower difficulty coefficient than that of the Chinese players. After defeating China's double insurance, Renee and Si Yajie won the championship, it was proved that in a women's diving single 10 meter race, stability of movement was the key to winning the competition, compared with foreign athletes. Chinese athletes do not have the advantage of difficulty and stability. Although China won the gold medal in the event at the Rio Olympics, it can not cover up the crisis caused by the loss of the world championships, the World Cup and other major competitions. From the perspective of the women's diving singles 10m platform final in Rio Olympic Games, this paper analyzes and compares the results of the women's diving single 10m platform finals with those of the 2015 Kazan World Swimming Championships and the 2015 National Diver Championships. This paper comprehensively analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the competitive level of Chinese women diver single 10m platform athletes and the influencing factors of the athletes' performance stability. The conclusions and recommendations are as follows: the conclusion of the study: the women's diving single 10m platform is a relatively easy to score and dark horse event. Many countries are willing to devote limited energy to the women's diving single 10m platform event. It has become a breakthrough for the first time; our women diving single 10m platform athletes have no advantage in the quality of movement completion, the overall difficulty of our athletes is equal or backward to those of European and American competitors, and young athletes are not rich enough in experience in the competition. When it is difficult to guarantee the stability of the movement, the number of times of success of foreign athletes who impact Chinese athletes by the degree of great difficulty has obviously increased; the age of Chinese women diver single 10m platform athletes is mostly in the period of physiological development, and the athletes are relatively young. Lack of experience and lack of training has become an obstacle to our country's championship. Suggestions: improve the difficulty coefficient and the performance quality of the athletes, so as to ensure that when the performance of the movement stability is not good, the difference will not be drawn off by the opponent; the coaches should cultivate the athletes to establish the consciousness of the stability of the diving action from an early age. Let young athletes participate in high-level competitions, accumulate experience in competitions, and exercise their psychological ability to resist stress. In peacetime, training is based on improving the quality of athletes' movement completion. Coaches should stress the stability of their movements when they do each of their movements. Instilling the idea of stability, the cumulative athletes will develop a sense of movement stability, strengthen the training of rookies, prevent age gaps, and make rational use of the rules of diving, especially coaches, We should carefully study the new rules and adjust the training methods in time to avoid the unnecessary influence of objective factors on the athletes in the competition, and effectively overcome the effects of the physiological development of female athletes on the training of the competition. To ensure that excellent athletes can smoothly through the physical development period, extend the age of high-level athletes sports career.
