河南省优秀女子足球运动员职业生涯规划研究

【摘要】：近年来研究职业生涯规划问题的相关学术文献日渐增多,本文根据已有的研究结果和相关文献期刊,针对河南省优秀女足球运动员职业生涯规划的问题进行研究。我国女足近年比赛成绩喜人,更有2016年里约奥约会进入前八强的喜人战绩,河南籍女足运动员更是屡屡出现在国家队的比赛队伍中,如董佳宝,王莹,更有河南籍小将娄佳惠,代表国家征战里约奥运会。做好女足运动员职业生涯规划,对保障河南省女足事业的快速健康发展具有重要意义。本文以河南省优秀女足运动员职业生涯规划现状为研究对象,运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,针对河南省优秀女足球运动员职业生涯规划问题方面进行调研,通过探索在足球运动员职业生涯规划过程中所存在的问题和难题,对这些问题和难题加以分析,以期为河南省优秀女足队员的职业生涯规划提供一定理论支持和指导。通过调查研究得到以下结论:1.河南优秀女子足球运动员多数对职业生涯规划问题认知不足,不明白职业生涯规划问题的重要性。2.规划意识较低,职业生涯规划知识的普及程度有待提高。3.河南省优秀女子足球运动员在职业生涯规划过程中自我定位不准确;规划的方法不当;实践环节薄弱,不能达到预期结果。4.河南省优秀女子足球运动员普遍存在制定职业生涯规划较晚的现象。5.运动员在役期间,只注重专项运动成绩的提高,忽视了自身其他专长的发展,运动技能比较单一,导致在以后工作生活的竞争中处于劣势。6.教练员及家长教师对于有关生涯规划问题了解较少,没有规划方面的专业知识,不能有效指导运动员进行正确的、符合自身条件的职业生涯规划。
[Abstract]:In recent years, there are more and more academic documents on career planning. According to the existing research results and related literature journals, this paper focuses on the career planning of excellent female soccer players in Henan Province. In recent years, China's women's soccer team has achieved gratifying results, and the 2016 Rio Olympic Games have reached the top eight, and Henan women's soccer players have frequently appeared in the national team, such as Dong Jiabao, Wang Ying, and Henan young star Lou Jia-hui. To represent the country in the Rio Olympics. It is of great significance to ensure the rapid and healthy development of women's football in Henan Province. This paper takes the present situation of career planning of excellent female soccer players in Henan Province as the research object, using the methods of literature, questionnaire, mathematical statistics, logic analysis, and so on. According to the investigation on the career planning of excellent female soccer players in Henan Province, this paper analyzes the problems and problems existing in the process of career planning of football players. In order to provide some theoretical support and guidance for the career planning of excellent female soccer players in Henan Province. Through investigation and study, the following conclusion is drawn: 1. Most of the excellent female soccer players in Henan have insufficient understanding of the problem of career planning, and do not understand the importance of the problem of career planning. Planning awareness is low, career planning knowledge needs to be improved. 3. 3. Henan excellent female soccer players in the process of career planning is not accurate; planning methods are inappropriate; practice is weak, can not achieve the expected results .4. Henan Province excellent female soccer players generally have the phenomenon of late career planning. 5. During the period of service, athletes only pay attention to the improvement of special sports performance, ignoring the development of their own other specialties, and their sports skills are relatively single, resulting in a disadvantage of .6in the future competition between work and life. Coaches and parents and teachers do not know much about career planning and do not have the professional knowledge of planning and can not effectively guide athletes to carry out correct career planning in accordance with their own conditions.
