新规则对青少年乒乓球运动员(13岁-17岁)技术的影响及应对策略

【摘要】:随着乒乓球运动的不断发展,乒乓球竞赛规则也在不断的变革,回顾历史,规则的每一次变革都将会给技术主导类隔网对抗项群的乒乓球运动技术带来非常大的影响。分析新规则对青少年乒乓球运动员技术的影响,对她们在今后的训练中把握好制胜规律,摆脱现实困境,实现自我的突破具有重大意义。2008年无机胶水的提出和2014年新型塑料材质40mm+材质的40mm+乒乓球比赛用球的使用给这一代青少年乒乓球运动员运动技术带来影响的系统研究未见报道。鉴于此,根据本人研究现实条件,本文以济南市皇亭体校乒乓球队25名运动员、5名教练员为调查对象和观察对象,综合运用文献综述法、问卷调查法、录像观察法和数理统计等方法,分析新规则对青少年乒乓球运动员技术产生的影响,并针对影响提出应对策略。通过分析得出如下结论:1.与赛璐珞乒乓球相比,新型塑料材质40mm+乒乓球变重、变大、弹跳增高、硬度变小、有缝;与有机胶水相比,无机胶水中水、无机化合物增多、粘度降低,胶皮的弹性减小。2.青少年乒乓球运动员技术掌握全面,但比赛少,稳定性差。乒乓球规则的变革使青少年乒乓球运动员正反手技术、发球接发球技术的得分率降低,防守技术的失误率大于进攻,相持球增多,反手技术的使用增多。3.通过分析新规则对济南皇亭体校乒乓球队两名主力运动员的技术的影响,得出两名运动员的正手、反手、发球、接发球、进攻、防守等技术的得分率都较之前有所降低,反手技术的使用增多,想吃回合增多。4.针对新规则对青少年乒乓球运动员技术带来的负面影响,通过调整训练计划,提高正反手技术的进攻能力,提高发球接发球技术的质量以及完善青少年乒乓球运动员的技术打法等策略来应对挑战。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of table tennis, the rules of table tennis competitions are also constantly changing. Looking back on history, each change of the rules will have a great impact on the technology of table tennis which is dominated by technology. This paper analyzes the influence of the new rules on the skills of the young table tennis players, grasps the law of winning in the future training, and gets rid of the realistic predicament. It is of great significance to achieve self-breakthrough. The systematic research on the influence of inorganic glue in 2008 and the use of 40mm ball in 2014 on the sports technology of the generation of young ping-pong players has not been reported. In view of this, according to the actual conditions of my research, this paper takes 25 athletes and 5 coaches of table tennis team of Huangting Sports School in Jinan as the object of investigation and observation, and synthetically applies the method of literature review and questionnaire investigation. Video observation and mathematical statistics were used to analyze the influence of the new rules on the technique of young table tennis players, and the countermeasures were put forward. The following conclusion is drawn from the analysis: 1. Compared with celluloid table tennis, the new plastic material 40mm pingpong becomes heavier, larger, bouncing higher, hardness smaller and sewn; compared with organic glue, inorganic compound increases, viscosity decreases, elasticity of rubber decreases. Young table tennis players master comprehensive skills, but less competition, poor stability. The reform of table tennis rules has reduced the scoring rate of the forehand and backhand techniques of young table tennis players, and the error rate of defensive techniques is greater than that of attack, and the number of ball holding and the use of backhand techniques have increased .3. By analyzing the influence of the new rules on the technology of the two main players in the table tennis team of Jinan Huangting Sports School, it is concluded that the scoring rate of the forehand, backhand, serve, service, attack, defense and other techniques of the two players are all lower than before. The use of backhand technology increased, want to eat more round. 4. In view of the negative effects of the new rules on the skills of young table tennis players, by adjusting the training plan, we can improve the offensive ability of the forehand and backhand techniques. To meet the challenge, we should improve the quality of serve receiving technique and improve the technique of young ping-pong players.
