世居青海省汉、藏、回族大一男生身体成分和身体素质的研究

【摘要】:青海省是一个多民族融合的省份,地处中国西北部。在青海就读的大学生,有很大一部分来自青海本地。不同民族由于遗传素质及生活环境不同,往往形成不同的体质特征。为此,有必要对世居青海省且在青海省就读的大学生的身体成分和身体素质、以及身体成分和身体素质的相关性进行深入的研究。本研究以世居青海省汉族、藏族和回族大一男生为研究对象,对三个民族大一男生的身体成分和身体素质及身体成分和身体素质的相关性进行了研究,研究结果如下:1、三民族学生在身体形态、身体形态的派生指数及身体成分三方面均有一定差异,但差异不显著,不具统计学意义。2、三民族学生均有瘦型和胖型体型的检出,胖型检出率汉族最高,其次是藏族,瘦型检出率回族最高,藏族居第二,且三民族学生瘦型体型都超过各民族学生受试者的50%。3、去脂体重与身高及体重有较高的线性关系,进行回归分析,得到相关回归方程:Y去脂体重=0.385X体重+0.405X身高—41.462,通过此方程可以估算去脂体重,进而估算体脂量和体脂率。4、三民族学生在1000米跑和引体向上两项身体素质测试项目上有显著差异。5、立定跳远与去脂体重、身体水分、肌肉量、蛋白质、蛋白质率均呈正弱相关,引体向上与无机盐率呈负弱相关。
[Abstract]:Qinghai Province is a multi-ethnic province, located in northwest China. A large part of the college students in Qinghai come from Qinghai. Because of the different genetic quality and living environment, different nationalities often form different physique characteristics. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct a deep study on the body composition and physical fitness of college students living in Qinghai Province and studying in Qinghai Province, as well as the correlation between body composition and physical fitness. In this study, the male students of Han nationality, Tibetan nationality and Hui nationality in Qinghai province were chosen as the research objects, and the relationship between the body composition and physical quality of the male students of the three nationalities freshmen was studied, and the correlation between the body composition and the physical quality of the male students of the three nationalities freshmen was studied. The results are as follows: 1. There are some differences in body form, derivative index of body form and body composition among the students of three nationalities, but the difference is not significant. There is no statistical significance. The prevalence rate of fat type was the highest in Han nationality, followed by Tibetan nationality, and the rate of thin type was the highest among Hui nationality, and the second was Tibetan nationality. Moreover, the thin type of students of the three nationalities were all higher than the 50. 3 percent of the subjects of students of all nationalities. There was a high linear relationship between fat-free weight and height and weight. Regression analysis showed that the weight of 0.385X, 0.405X, height -41.462, could be estimated by using the regression equation: 1% Y, 0.385X, 0.405X, 0.405X, 0.405X, -41.462, respectively. And then estimated the body fat amount and body fat rate .4.The students of the three nationalities had significant differences in the two items of physical fitness test, I. e., the 1000 meter race and the pull up. The standing long jump was positively and weakly correlated with the fat-free body weight, body moisture, muscle volume, and protein rate. There is a negative weak correlation between the inducement and the inorganic salt rate.
