高校户外拓展教学风险管理研究

【摘要】:随着教育观念和教育思想的转变,户外拓展作为一种新的教育手段正不断的被人们所认知,而且越来越多的高校已经将户外拓展课程引入到教学体系。由于户外拓展的诸多项目都具有很高的危险性,安全保障成为户外拓展科学健康发展的生命线,是拓展教学中值得特别关注的焦点问题。本研究以现代风险管理理论与方法来探讨高校户外拓展教学的风险问题,在此基础上较为深入地对户外拓展教学中可能遇到的风险问题进行了识别和评估,并提出高校户外拓展教学风险应对策略与方法,旨在加强户外拓展教学的风险意识,有效规避教学风险,为推动高校户外拓展教学的发展提供理论与实践上的参考依据,并对其深入了解和把握教学隐患和风险要素具有较强的实践指导意义和参考价值。运用文献资料法、调查法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法,从风险管理的视角对高校户外拓展教学中的风险进行了识别、评估以及应对研究。得到以下结论:1.高校户外拓展教学事故的原因可以从人的不安全行为与人的失误,物的不安全状态以及管理失误这三方面进行分析;高校户外拓展教学风险主要来自教师、学生、装备、环境和学校管理五个方面。2.户外拓展教学中来自教师方面可能遇到的四个风险因素中按强弱排序分别为:知识经验风险、技能操作风险、心理风险和身体素质风险。3.户外拓展教学中来自学生方面可能出现的五个风险因素中按强弱排序分别为:技术风险、自我管理风险、心理风险、经验风险和体能风险。4.户外拓展教学中来自环境方面可能遇到的七个风险因素中按强弱排序前三的分别为:极端天气风险、自然灾害风险、流行性疾病风险。5.户外拓展教学中来自装备方面可能遇到的五个风险中按强弱排序分别为:装备的操作风险、装备的质量风险、装备的数量风险、装备的保养风险和装备物质风险。6.户外拓展教学中来自管理方面可能遇到的五个风险中按强弱排序分别为:专业知识风险、应急预案风险、管理规定风险、交通风险和改变时间地点风险。7.高校户外拓展教学风险应对策略主要包括对风险进行回避、降低、自留、转移等。具体措施包括:建立历史资料数据库;重视师资水平建设;加强教学组织中教学风险的防控工作;制定风险应急预案。
[Abstract]:With the change of educational concept and thought, outdoor development as a new means of education is constantly recognized by people, and more colleges and universities have introduced outdoor development courses into the teaching system. Because of the high risk of many outdoor development projects, safety and security has become the lifeline of the scientific and healthy development of outdoor development, and it is the focus problem that deserves special attention in the development teaching. Based on the modern risk management theory and method, this paper discusses the risk problems of outdoor outreach teaching in colleges and universities, and on the basis of this, identifies and evaluates the risk problems that may be encountered in outdoor outreach teaching. The paper also puts forward the strategies and methods to deal with the risks of outdoor development teaching in colleges and universities, in order to strengthen the risk awareness of outdoor development teaching, effectively avoid teaching risks, and provide theoretical and practical reference for promoting the development of outdoor outreach teaching in colleges and universities. It is of great practical significance and reference value to understand and grasp the teaching hidden dangers and risk factors. By using the methods of literature, investigation, mathematical statistics and logic analysis, this paper identifies, evaluates and studies the risks in outdoor development teaching in colleges and universities from the perspective of risk management. Get the following conclusion: 1. The causes of outdoor extension teaching accidents in colleges and universities can be analyzed from the following three aspects: unsafe behavior and human errors, unsafe state of things and management mistakes, the risk of outdoor development teaching in colleges and universities mainly comes from teachers, students, equipment, etc. Environment and school management. The four risk factors which may come from teachers in outdoor extension teaching are: knowledge and experience risk, skill operation risk, psychological risk and physical quality risk. The five possible risk factors in outdoor extension teaching are: technical risk, self-management risk, psychological risk, experiential risk and physical fitness risk. The first three of the seven risk factors from the environment in outdoor extension teaching are: extreme weather risk, natural disaster risk, epidemic disease risk. In outdoor development teaching, the five risks that may be encountered in the field of equipment are: operational risk of equipment, quality risk of equipment, quantity risk of equipment, maintenance risk of equipment and material risk of equipment. In outdoor development teaching, the five risks that may be encountered in management are: professional knowledge risk, emergency plan risk, management regulation risk, traffic risk and change time and place risk. The order of risk is: professional knowledge risk, emergency plan risk, management regulation risk, traffic risk and change of time and place risk. The coping strategies of outdoor extension teaching risk in colleges and universities mainly include risk avoidance, reduction, retention, transfer and so on. The concrete measures include: setting up the historical data database, attaching importance to the construction of teachers' level, strengthening the prevention and control of teaching risk in teaching organization, and drawing up the contingency plan of risk.
