基于高等教育滞胀率的体育院校专业评估实证研究——以北京体育大学为例

【摘要】:为回应审核评估背景下高校内部专业评估体系完善诉求,提升体育院校专业评估实效,借鉴综合反映高等教育效率、效益、质量和机制的高等教育滞胀率概念及其评估测度模型,采用文献资料法、专家咨询法和实地调查法,针对体育院校专业建设特征,设计了基于高等教育滞胀率测度的指标体系,并以北京体育大学为样本,从效率、效益、质量和机制4方面实证分析了其专业教育滞胀程度。结果表明,北京体育大学各专业已显露教育滞胀征兆,且自主管理机制问题最为突出,但尚未影响整体发展,应及时根据引发滞胀的病理分析,有侧重地解决投入、产出与运行管理问题。对完善体育院校专业评估方案、深入挖掘专业建设问题,具有重要理论价值和实践参考意义。
[Abstract]:In order to respond to the demands of perfecting the professional evaluation system in colleges and universities under the background of audit and evaluation, to enhance the actual effect of professional evaluation in physical education colleges and universities, and to reflect the efficiency and benefit of higher education comprehensively, The concept and evaluation model of stagflation rate of higher education based on quality and mechanism are introduced. The index system based on the measurement of stagflation rate of higher education is designed according to the characteristics of professional construction in physical education colleges by using the methods of literature, expert consultation and field investigation. Taking Beijing physical Education University as a sample, this paper empirically analyzes the degree of stagflation in professional education from four aspects: efficiency, benefit, quality and mechanism. The results show that every major of Beijing physical Education University has revealed the signs of stagflation in education, and the problem of independent management mechanism is the most prominent, but it has not yet affected the overall development. Therefore, it is necessary to focus on solving the problem according to the pathological analysis that causes stagflation in time. Output and operational management issues. It has important theoretical value and practical reference significance for perfecting the professional evaluation scheme of physical education colleges and digging up the problems of specialty construction.
