贵阳市本科高校篮球运动现状调查与对策分析

【摘要】：近年来篮球运动飞速发展,已经成为了受人们欢迎和关注最高的运动项目之一。在中国,篮球运动源于学校,根植于学校,并在高校中蓬勃发展。篮球课程在80年代中期进入普通高校课堂以来,就深受大学生欢迎。我国又推出了大学生篮球超级联赛,并允许在中国篮协注册过的青年运动员加入比赛。而随着更多人对CUBA和大学生超级联赛开展的关注,更进一步的促进了篮球运动在高校间的发展。贵州省近年经济发展迅速,贵阳市作为西南五省之一贵州省的省会城市,政治、经济、文化地位显赫,贵阳市高校云集,所在贵阳地区的高校就有30所,这里的篮球运动也在如火如荼的开展。目前高校学生篮球开展形式多种多样,在各高校课内外得到广大学生的认可和参与。因此,对贵阳市普通高校篮球运动开展现状进行调查有利于了解当下贵阳市高校篮球运动开展的具体情况,有利于促进高校篮球运动的发展。本文通过文献资料法、专家访谈法、实地调查法、问卷调查法和数理统计法等研究方法,对贵阳市高校教学师资情况、运动场地器材情况、公共体育课篮球选项课教学情况、大学生篮球运动兴趣与动机、大学生篮球运动消费情况,高校篮球社团与比赛开展情况等方面入手,对贵阳市高校篮球发展现状进行调查,得出结论如下:1.贵阳市高校篮球教师队伍性别情况呈现出男多女少的比例;篮球教师队伍大部分教师教龄较低,篮球教师学历以研究生和本科为主,高水平裁判员较少。2.多数学校的篮球教学和课余篮球活动都没有应用室内篮球场。各高校室外篮球场地建设差异较大,部分室外场地较少的学校,场地数量不能满足学生们对篮球运动的需求。3.选修课方面,所开设的篮球选项课的教学内容大多是按照大纲所进行,教师对教学内容多为按照教学计划进行,缺乏创新。4.在参与课余篮球活动的时间与频率上,男生高于女生;大多数学生每学期在篮球活动上的消费为200元以下,主要消费在购买服装器材上。5.贵阳市高校中篮球社团开展较好,但是社团活动较少,宣传力度小;篮球比赛方面,学校间交流比赛较少;各学校篮球队较多,但是高水平篮球队伍较少,参加CUBA的仅有两支队伍。针对贵阳市普通高校篮球运动开展现状中存在的问题,通过本人的调查研究,建议建设高校篮球师资队伍时应注重女教师的引进,促进师资队伍中男女教师比例的平衡,注重对青年教师的培养,加大高水平裁判员的培养;优化篮球教学和学生课余篮球活动环境,加大对场地维护翻新的资金投入,保证学生在参加篮球活动时的人身安全;选修课教学内容上注重创新,同时针对不同学生,从多方面、多层次丰富教学内容;组织多种多样的篮球活动,多组织适合女同学参与的趣味性强,负荷较低,对抗较小的篮球活动,让更多的同学参与到篮球活动中来;加大篮球社团在高校中的宣传,规划高校内篮球比赛,加强高校之间篮球比赛交流,加强高水平篮球队伍的建设,让更多、更强的高校队伍能代表贵州省在全国高校篮球比赛中占有一席之地。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the rapid development of basketball has become one of the most popular and concerned sports. In China, basketball originated from schools, rooted in schools, and flourished in Colleges and universities. Since the basketball course entered the classroom of ordinary colleges and universities in the mid-1980s, it has been welcomed by college students. In recent years, Guizhou Province has developed rapidly. Guiyang, as the capital city of Guizhou Province, is one of the five provinces in the southwest of China. There are 30 colleges and universities in Guiyang, where basketball is also in full swing. At present, college students'basketball is carried out in a variety of forms, and it has been recognized and participated by the majority of students both inside and outside the class. Therefore, the current situation of the development of basketball in Colleges and universities in Guiyang Investigation is conducive to understand the specific situation of college basketball in Guiyang and to promote the development of College basketball. This paper, through literature, expert interviews, field surveys, questionnaires and mathematical statistics, makes a study of the teaching staff, sports venues and equipment in Guiyang. This paper investigates the present situation of basketball development in Colleges and universities in Guiyang from the aspects of teaching of Basketball Optional courses, interest and motivation of college students'basketball, consumption of college students' basketball, development of college basketball associations and competitions, and so on. The conclusions are as follows: 1. Most of the basketball teachers are graduate students and undergraduates, and few high-level referees. 2. Most schools have no indoor basketball courts for basketball teaching and after-school basketball activities. The number of students can not meet the needs of basketball. 3. Elective courses, the teaching content of basketball courses are mostly in accordance with the syllabus, teachers mostly in accordance with the teaching plan, lack of innovation. The expenditure on basketball activities is less than 200 yuan, mainly in the purchase of clothing equipment. 5. Guiyang University basketball associations carry out better, but the activities of associations are less, propaganda is less; basketball matches, school exchanges and competitions less; each school basketball team more, but less high-level basketball teams, only two CUBA participants. In view of the existing problems in the development of basketball in Guiyang's colleges and universities, through my investigation and research, this paper suggests that we should pay attention to the introduction of female teachers, promote the balance of the ratio of male and female teachers, pay attention to the training of young teachers, increase the training of high-level referees, and optimize the basketball team. Ball teaching and students'extracurricular basketball environment, increase the investment in the venue maintenance and renovation to ensure students' personal safety in participating in basketball activities; pay attention to innovation in the teaching content of elective courses, while aiming at different students, enrich the teaching content from many aspects and levels; organize a variety of basketball activities, more suitable for female students to organize Participation in fun, low load, against smaller basketball activities, so that more students to participate in basketball activities; Increase the propaganda of basketball associations in Colleges and universities, planning basketball matches in Colleges and universities, strengthen the exchange of basketball matches between colleges and universities, strengthen the construction of high-level basketball teams, so that more and stronger college teams can represent Guizhou Province Province occupies a place in the national college basketball competition.
