陕西省高等院校校园体育竞赛学生参与的现状及对策研究

【摘要】：高校校园体育竞赛是在高校进行的,大学生参加的,以争取优胜为直接目的、以运动项目或某些身体活动为内容,在裁判员主持下,根据统一的规则而组织与实施的学生个人或集体间的体力、技艺、智力的比赛[1]。校园体育竞赛是校园竞技体育的表现形式,其所体现出来的竞技体育精神就是人类最早的与自然和社会竞争的表现。竞技体育精神的内涵要求和对于人们心理和精神的影响是长期的一个过程,是其他校园活动所不能达到的,也是其他活动所不能代替的,对于当代和未来的高校大学生各个方面成长的影响是持久的。其影响范围比较广。在学校里举办各种体育竞赛,由学校、院系、体委、协会等举办。高校校园体育竞赛是高校体育教学的实践和展示,是高校体育教学的一个重要组成部分。高校校园体育竞赛的开展有利于进一步提高学生的健康水平、增强学生体质,对于养成锻炼身体习惯和形成终身体育意识、竞争意识有很大的促进作用。但是随着经济的繁荣和物质生活水平提高,相关研究数据显示近几年高校大学生体质健康状况持续下降,学习效率、心理问题、社会适应、人际交往等方面的问题已成为一个社会问题。本文运用文献资料法、访谈法、问卷调查法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法等对陕西省20所高校的80位教师专家和1000名大学生校园体育竞赛的现状、对于体育竞赛的认识和参与情况等进行了调查,并对调查结果进行分析,总结出影响学生参与校园体育竞赛的主客观因素且提出相关的意见和建议,旨在为更好的开展校园体育竞赛提高校园体育竞赛水平、发展学生身体素质提供参考和依据。
[Abstract]:College campus sports competitions are held in colleges and universities, in which college students participate, with the aim of winning the best as a direct purpose, sports or certain physical activities as the content, under the auspices of the umpire. Physical, technical, and intellectual competitions between students, individually or collectively, organized and implemented in accordance with uniform rules [1]. Campus sports competition is the manifestation of campus competitive sports, which embodies the spirit of competitive sports is the earliest manifestation of human being competing with nature and society. The connotation of competitive sports spirit and its influence on people's psychology and spirit is a long-term process, which can not be achieved by other campus activities and cannot be replaced by other activities. The impact on all aspects of the growth of contemporary and future college students is lasting. Its influence scope is quite wide. In the school held various sports competitions, by the school, the department, the sports committee, the association and so on. Campus sports competition is the practice and display of physical education in colleges and universities, and it is an important part of physical education in colleges and universities. The development of campus sports competition in colleges and universities is conducive to further improving the health level of students, strengthening students' physique, and promoting the formation of physical habits and lifelong sports consciousness, as well as the sense of competition. However, with the prosperity of the economy and the improvement of material living standards, relevant research data show that in recent years, the physical health status of college students has continued to decline, learning efficiency, psychological problems, social adaptation, Interpersonal communication and other aspects of the problem has become a social problem. Based on the methods of literature, interview, questionnaire, mathematical statistics and logic analysis, this paper discusses the present situation of 80 teachers and 1000 college students in 20 universities in Shaanxi Province. This paper investigates the cognition and participation of sports competition, and analyzes the results of the investigation, summarizes the subjective and objective factors that affect the students' participation in the campus sports competition, and puts forward some relevant opinions and suggestions. The purpose of this paper is to provide reference and basis for developing campus sports competition and improving the level of campus sports competition and developing students' physical quality.
