社会转型期非奥运项目竞争优势与发展路径研究

【摘要】:“奥运战略”让中国竞技体育近年来发展神速,但是在体制之外的非奥运项目却仍然艰难地寻求自我发展的途径,始终得不到国家和地方的足够重视。在长期的社会实践中,人们在参与非奥运项目的同时,往往忽略其独特的文化魅力,并且没有深层次的去了解它,更缺乏对其价值的研究。因此,实现非奥运项目社会化转型是当下符合我国国情和文化背景的发展路径,据此提出改变组织形式、吸收社会层面资金与推进产业化进程的三大举措,以改善现存的不足之处与依赖性。同时从赛事、高校、社区三个主要维度进行概括,探索出多元发展路径,进而推动我国非奥运项目的普及。此外,非奥运项目社会文化价值的实现对我国体育的可持续发展起到重要的借鉴作用,对体育领域的深入探讨具有不可估量的研究价值。研究同时认为,通过赛事、与全民健身相结合、走社会化道路以及与传媒合作是有效弥补短板的措施,对非奥运项目的健康发展具有不可估量的意义。本文试图以非奥运项目的竞争优势为突破口,通过文献资料法、逻辑分析法、专家访谈法对社会转型期非奥运项目的竞争优势与发展路径进行研究,并以《全民健身计划纲要》与国家“十二五”规划的颁布与实施为契机,解析非奥运项目的文化与社会价值,同时走特色发展之路,理清其文化发展脉络,推动我国非奥运项目从文化自觉走向文化自信,促进我国非奥运项目内在价值的实现。诚然,非奥运项目的发展广度是反映一个国家体育综合竞争力的重要指标,更是带动全民健身、拉动经济增长的有力手段,为了使我国群众体育事业取得跨越式发展,非奥运项目无疑是最有效的手段之一。随着社会必要劳动时间的缩短,人们闲暇时间不断增多,客观上为非奥运项目的发展创造了条件,使其成为人们享受生活、提高生活质量的重要内容。
[Abstract]:The "Olympic Strategy" has made Chinese competitive sports develop rapidly in recent years, but the non-Olympic events outside the system are still struggling to find a way to develop themselves, which has never been paid enough attention to by the country and the local government. In the long-term social practice, people often ignore its unique cultural charm while participating in non-Olympic events, and do not have a deep understanding of it, more lack of research on its value. Therefore, to realize the socialization transformation of non-Olympic events is the current development path in line with the national conditions and cultural background of our country. Based on this, three major measures are put forward to change the organizational form, absorb the social level funds and promote the industrialization process. To improve the existing deficiencies and dependence. Taking the "outline of National Fitness Program" and the promulgation and implementation of the "Twelfth Five-Year Plan" as the turning point, this paper analyzes the cultural and social values of non-Olympic events, takes the road of characteristic development, and clarifies the context of cultural development. To promote the non-Olympic events in our country from cultural consciousness to cultural self-confidence, to promote the realization of the intrinsic value of non-Olympic events in China. It is true that the breadth of the development of non-Olympic events is an important indicator reflecting the comprehensive competitiveness of a country's sports, and it is also a powerful means to promote national fitness and economic growth, in order to make the mass sports cause of our country achieve leapfrog development. Non-Olympic events are undoubtedly one of the most effective means. With the shortening of the necessary working time and the increasing of leisure time, it has created conditions for the development of non-Olympic events objectively, making it an important content for people to enjoy life and improve the quality of life.
