快易网球教学法在体育院校网球选修课推广运用中的困境及对策研究

【摘要】:在我国体育院校中网球选修课越来越热,但是由于网球运动含金量高、难度大,又因教学方法单一、场地练习机会少等因素制约着网球教学的效果。导致很多学生在修完学时后,不能够很好的掌握网球技术动作。快易网球(Tennis PlayStay)是2007年国际网球联合会经过深入的教学研究所得出的一项利于网球发展的教学新方法,它的适用对象是网球初学者,快易网球教学法可以让初学者迅速、有效接受网球基本的技术技能,这是一种区别于传统教学法的一种全新理念,在网球教学中使用快易网球教学法是提高网球课质量的一种较好的手段,但是在现实教学过程中却推广运用不到。本文通过文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法、数理统计法等研究方法针对快易网球教学法在体育院校网球选修课推广运用中面临的困境及对策进行全面的分析,为网球教学进一步开展提供依据,并为改革其它教学方法奠定一些理论基础和现实意义。通过研究得出以下结论:1.快易网球教学法在体育院校网球选修课推广运用的状况不甚理想,在教学过程中,其教学方法仍以传统的教学法为主,快易网球教学法使用率较低。2.体育院校网球选修课的学生及部分教师认为网球选修课利用传统教学法对学生兴趣能力的培养略显不足,网球选修课的学生对新型教学方法有很高的需求度。3.快易网球教学法以寓教于乐的教学形式,激发了学生对网球运动的兴趣,充分调动学生的积极主动性,体育院校的部分教师及学生对快易网球教学法进入网球选修课教学中持积极态度。4.快易网球教学法在体育院校网球选修课推广运用中的困境:参与主体对快易网球教学法的认知度、学校支持的力度、课程结构的安排、参与主体认识的局限性、技术动作规范性等问题。5.快易网球教学法在体育院校网球选修课推广运用中的对策:加大宣传推广力度,提升参与主体认知;加强学校重视程度,完善经费保障制度;合理调整课程结构,调动学生学习热情;加强师资力量,培养优化创新意识;结合传统教学方法,促进技术优势互补。从而促进体育院校快易网球教学法的飞速发展。
[Abstract]:Tennis elective courses are becoming more and more popular in physical education colleges in China, but tennis teaching results are restricted by the high gold content of tennis, the difficulty, the single teaching method and the lack of practice opportunities. As a result, many students after school hours, not very good grasp of tennis skills. (Tennis PlayStay) is a new teaching method which is beneficial to the development of tennis, which is obtained by the International Tennis Federation in 2007. It is suitable for the beginners of tennis, and the teaching method of fast tennis can make the beginners quick. It is a new idea to accept the basic technical skills of tennis effectively, which is different from the traditional teaching method. The use of fast and easy tennis teaching method in tennis teaching is a better means to improve the quality of tennis lesson. But in the actual teaching process, it can not be popularized. Based on the methods of literature, questionnaire, interview, mathematical statistics and so on, this paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the difficulties and countermeasures faced in the promotion and application of fast and easy tennis teaching method in sports colleges and universities. It provides the basis for further development of tennis teaching and lays some theoretical foundation and practical significance for the reform of other teaching methods. The following conclusion is drawn from the study: 1. In the process of teaching, the traditional teaching method is still the main teaching method, and the utilization rate of fast and easy tennis teaching method is low. The students and some teachers of tennis elective course in physical education colleges think that the traditional teaching method is not enough to cultivate students' interest ability, and the students of tennis elective course have a high demand for the new teaching method. The teaching method of fast and easy tennis has aroused the students' interest in tennis and fully aroused the students' active initiative by teaching in the form of fun. Some teachers and students of physical education colleges hold a positive attitude towards the entry of fast tennis teaching method into tennis elective course teaching. The difficulties in the popularization and application of fast tennis teaching method in sports colleges and universities include the cognition of the participants to the teaching method, the strength of school support, the arrangement of curriculum structure, and the limitation of participants' cognition. Technical action normative and other issues. The countermeasures of fast and easy tennis teaching method in the popularization and application of tennis elective courses in sports colleges and universities are as follows: to increase the propaganda and promotion, to enhance the cognition of the participants; to strengthen the attention of the school, to perfect the system of fund guarantee; to adjust the curriculum structure rationally; Arouse students' enthusiasm for learning, strengthen teachers' strength, cultivate the consciousness of optimization and innovation, and combine traditional teaching methods to promote the complementation of technical advantages. So as to promote the rapid development of tennis teaching method in physical education colleges.
