瑜伽在当代中国的传播特征研究

【摘要】:运用文献资料等研究方法,探讨瑜伽在当代中国的传播特征。研究认为:20世纪80年代以来,现代瑜伽先后以气功、健身等形式在我国流传,至今已演进为广受大众欢迎的一种时尚健身类运动形式。瑜伽在当代中国呈现出传播主体多元性、传播内容拓展性、传播媒介多维融合性、传播受众普遍性、传播效果层次性等传播特征。建议:进一步挖掘与厘清瑜伽在中国传播的文化融合基础及实践动力,使其扎根于我国传统体育文化沃土之中,更加符合我国人民的健身理念、运动参与习惯和审美情趣,促进瑜伽早日全面融入我国的现代体育文化语境。
[Abstract]:This paper discusses the spreading characteristics of yoga in contemporary China by means of literature and other research methods. The study holds that since the 1980s, modern yoga has been spreading in China in the form of qigong and fitness, and has evolved into a popular sports form of fitness. Yoga in contemporary China presents the characteristics of communication subject pluralism, content expansion, media multi-dimensional integration, dissemination audience universality, communication effect levels, and so on. Suggestions: further excavating and clarifying the cultural fusion foundation and practical motive force of Yoga spreading in China, making it take root in the fertile soil of Chinese traditional sports culture, more in line with the people's fitness idea, sports participation habit and aesthetic taste, To promote the early integration of yoga into China's modern sports culture context.
