温州市业余足球联赛发展的SWOT分析

【摘要】：一个国家足球项目发展的好坏,不仅要看职业足球运动水平,还要看业余足球运动,其中职业足球主要看国家队和职业联赛的发展情况,业余足球运动主要是依据足球运动人口的数量和业余足球联赛发展水平的高低所反映出来的。本文运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法等五种研究方法,通过SWOT分析模型,总结出目前温州市业余足球联赛发展现状共有四大优势、五大劣势、五大机遇和四大威胁。一、优势:(1)温州市民间资本力量雄厚;(2)温州市业余足球联赛起点高,赛制合理;(3)温州市具有浓厚的足球运动氛围;(4)温州市业余足球联赛参与门槛较低。二、劣势:(1)缺乏管理制度;(2)竞赛水平较低,社会关注度不高;(3)裁判员专业水平低;(4)联赛无长期系统规划;(5)缺乏专业的联赛运营团队。三、机遇:(1)《方案》和《意见》的出台,给足球带来了良好的发展契机;(2)温州市政府和相关部门的支持;(3)温州市经济快速增长;(4)温州市蓬勃发展的体育产业;(5)新兴媒体的融入。四、威胁:(1)温州市其它运动项目的对足球项目发展的市场竞争;(2)温州市足球运动协会和发展协会的发展情况;(3)场地设施短缺;(4)较少的体育消费。针对温州市业余足球发展现状,本研究从实际出发,提出以下发展策略:(1)加大对足球场地设施的建设投入力度,为温州市业余足球联赛的发展提供良好的场地保障;(2)培育业余足球联赛市场;(3)充分利用新兴媒体,大力宣传业余足球联赛,增强足球的社会影响力,增加温州市足球人口;(4)继续加强并完善业余足球联赛俱乐部的管理制度,制定温州市业余足球联赛长期系统的规划;(5)加强温州市业余足球联赛的整体竞赛水平,将温州市业余足球联赛打造成为温州市品牌赛事;(6)加强足球运动协会和足球发展协会的扶持与引导,为温州市业余足球联赛的发展提供专业的技术支持,并增强温州市业余足球联赛裁判员的专业水平。
[Abstract]:The development of football projects in a country depends not only on the level of professional football, but also on amateur football. Professional football mainly depends on the development of the national team and the professional league. Amateur football is mainly based on the number of football players and the level of development of amateur football league. By using the methods of literature, questionnaire, interview and SWOT analysis, this paper concludes that there are four advantages, five disadvantages, five opportunities and four threats in the development of amateur football league in Wenzhou. Advantages: (1) Wenzhou has strong folk capital; (2) Wenzhou amateur football league has a high starting point and reasonable competition system; (3) Wenzhou has a strong football atmosphere; (4) Wenzhou amateur football league participation threshold is low Second, disadvantages: (1) lack of management system; (2) low level of competition, low social concern; (3) low professional level of referees; (4) lack of long-term system planning; (5) lack of professional league operation team. (3) opportunity: (1) the introduction of "plan" and "opinion" brings good development opportunity to football; (2) the support of Wenzhou municipal government and related departments; (3) the rapid economic growth of Wenzhou; (4) Wenzhou's booming sports industry; (5) the integration of new media. (4) threats: (1) the market competition of other sports in Wenzhou to the development of football; (2) the development of Wenzhou Football Association and Development Association; (3) the shortage of site facilities; (4) less sports consumption. In view of the present situation of amateur football development in Wenzhou City, the following development strategies are put forward in this study: (1) to increase the investment in the construction of football ground facilities, To provide a good ground for the development of amateur football league in Wenzhou; (2) to cultivate the amateur football league market; (3) to make full use of the new media to promote the amateur football league and enhance the social influence of football. Increase the football population in Wenzhou; (4) continue to strengthen and improve the management system of amateur football league clubs, formulate the long-term planning of the amateur football league in Wenzhou; (5) strengthen the overall competition level of the amateur football league in Wenzhou, (6) strengthening the support and guidance of the Football Association and the Football Development Association to provide professional technical support for the development of the amateur football league in Wenzhou. And enhance the professional level of Wenzhou amateur football league referees.
