瑜伽放松术对男子武术套路运动员血液中BUN、CK和T的影响的研究

【摘要】:研究目的:本研究主要是研究瑜伽放松术对男子武术套路运动员血液中血尿素氮(BUN)、血清肌酸激酶(CK)和血清睾酮(T)的影响。通过三个指标的变化说明瑜伽放松术对武术套路运动员的身体机能水平恢复有帮助,给教练员、其他省运动队及省级以下的市武术队提供参考,可推广瑜伽放松术作为武术套路运动员的放松方式。研究方法:本研究以山东省男子武术套路运动员为研究对象,把20名男子武术套路运动员按项目和等级交叉后随机分为实验组和对照组两组,每组10人。实验组进行12周瑜伽放松术的干预,对照组不进行。分别在实验前(T1)、4周后(T2)、8周后(T3)和12周后(T4)的周一测试并记录血液中BUN、CK和睾酮(T)的值。实验组和对照组整体上采用重复测量方差分析、组间差别采用独立样本T检验,不同时间点两两比较采用配对样本T检验。研究结果:1.整体测试结果表明:实验组经过12周的瑜伽放松术后,血液中BUN(F=12.166,P=0.000**)、CK(F=22.241,P=0.000**)和睾酮(T)(F=19.895,P=0.000**)的变化差异非常显著。对照组运动员血液中BUN(F=0.435,P=0.729)、CK(F=0.869,P=0.469)和睾酮(T)(F=0.912,P=0.364)的变化无显著性差异。2.血尿素氮(BUN)值的分析结果:实验前(T1)实验组高于对照组(p=0.875)。实验4周后(T2)实验组低于照组(p=0.169)。实验8周后(T3)实验组低于对照组(p=0.193)。12周后(T4)实验组低于对照组(p=0.013*)。在实验组中,T2低于T1(p=0.001**);T3低于T1(p=0.004**);T4低于T1(p=0.000**);T3低于T2(p=0.838);T4低于T2(p=0.019**);T4低于T3(p=0.015*)。在对照组中,T2低于T1(p=0.839);T3低于T1(p=0.569);T4低于T1(p=0.421);T3低于T2(p=0.590);T4低于T2(p=0.455);T4低于T3(p=0.716)。3.血清肌酸激酶(CK)值的分析结果:T1实验组高于对照组(p=0.840),T2实验组低于照组(p=0.058)。T3实验组高于对照组(p=0.036*)。T4实验组高于对照组(p=0.009**)。在实验组中,T2高于T1(p=0.001**)T3高于T1(p=0.001**);T4高于T1(p=0.001**);T3高T2(p=0.016*);T4高于T2(p=0.022*);T4高于T3(p=0.37)。在对照组中,T2高于T1(t=p=0.744);T3高于T1(p=0.095);T4高T1(p=0.651);T3高于T2(p=0.018*);T4高于T2(p=0.757);T4低于T3(p=0.432)。4.血清睾酮(T)值的分析结果:T1实验组低于对照组(p=0.974),T2实验组低于照组(p=0.265)。T3实验组低于对照组(p=0.194)。T4实验组低于对照组(p=0.010*)。在实验组中,T2低于T1(p=0.011*);T3低于T1(p=0.001**);T4低于T1(p=0.000**);T3低于T2(p=0.527);T4低于T2(p=0.009**);T4低于T3(p=0.004**)。在对照组中,T2低于T1(p=0.509);T3低于T1(p=0.232)T4低于T1(P=0.371);T3低于T2(p=0.683);T4低于T2(p=0.754);T4高于T3(p=0.754)。研究结论:1.瑜伽放松术有利于增强武术套路运动员的运动负荷适应能力,缓解疲劳状态;有利于提高武术套路运动员机体的恢复能力;有利于改善武术套路运动员的机能状态。2.使用瑜伽放松术进行恢复放松需要长期坚持才能达到理想得效果。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the effects of yoga relaxation on serum creatine kinase (CK) and testosterone (T) (T) in blood of male martial arts athletes with blood urea nitrogen (BUN),). The change of three indexes shows that yoga relaxation is helpful to the recovery of Wushu routine athletes' physical function, and provides reference for coaches, other provincial sports teams and city martial arts teams below the provincial level. Yoga relaxation can be popularized as a relaxation of martial arts routine athletes. Methods: in this study, 20 male Wushu routine athletes in Shandong Province were randomly divided into two groups, the experimental group and the control group, with 10 persons in each group. The experimental group received 12 weeks of yoga relaxation intervention, while the control group did not. The levels of BUN,CK and testosterone (T) in blood were measured and recorded on Monday after 4 weeks (T 1) and 12 weeks (T 4) after 4 weeks (T 2) and 8 weeks (T 3) and 12 weeks later (T 4), respectively. As a whole, the experimental group and the control group adopted repeated measurement analysis of variance, the difference between groups was tested by independent sample T test, and the paired sample T test was used to compare the two groups at different time points. The result of the study was: 1. The results showed that after 12 weeks of yoga relaxation, there was a significant difference in the changes of serum BUN (FT12.166 P0. 000 ~ *) and testosterone (T) (FU 19. 895 P0. 000 *) in the blood of the experimental group. There was no significant difference between the changes of BUN (0.435P0. 729) and testosterone (T) (F0. 912, P0. 364) in the blood of the control group (F0. 869, P0. 469) and that of testosterone (T) (F0. 912, P0. 364). The (BUN) value of blood urea nitrogen: before the experiment (T1) was higher than that in the control group (p0. 875). After 4 weeks of experiment (T 2), the experimental group was lower than the radiation group (p0. 169). After 8 weeks (T3), the experimental group was lower than the control group (p0. 193). After 12 weeks (T4), the experimental group was lower than the control group (p0. 013 *). In the experimental group, T _ 2 was lower than T _ 1 (P < 0.001 ~ *) and T _ 3 was lower than that of T _ 1 (p _ 0. 000 ~ *) and T _ 3 was lower than T _ 2 (p ~ 0. 838) and T _ 4 was lower than T _ 2 (p0. 019 ~ *) and T _ 4 was lower than T _ 3 (p ~ 0. 015 *). In the control group, T _ 2 was lower than T _ 1 (p ~ 0.839) and T _ 3 was lower than T _ 1 (p _ 0. 569) and T _ 4 was lower than T _ 1 (p _ 0. 421) T _ 3 and T _ 3 was lower than T _ 2 (n = 0. 590) and T _ 4 was lower than T _ 2 (P ~ 0. 455) T _ 4 lower than T _ 3 (p ~ 0. 716) 路3. The serum creatine kinase (CK) level was higher in T 1 group than that in control group (p 0. 840) and T 2 group was lower than that in radiation group (p0. 058). T3 group was higher than that in control group (p0. 036 *). T4 group was higher than that in control group (p0. 009 *). In the experimental group, T _ 2 was higher than T _ 1 (p ~ 0.001 ~ *) T _ 3 was higher than T _ 1 (p ~ 0.001 ~ *) T _ 4 was higher than T _ (3) T _ 3 high T _ 2 (p _ 0. 016 *) T _ 4 was higher than T _ 2 (p ~ (0.022) *) T _ 4 was higher than T _ 3 (p ~ (0.37). In the control group, T _ 2 was higher than T _ 1 (t=p=0.744), T _ 3 was higher than T _ 1 (p _ 0. 095) T _ 4, T _ 1 was higher than T _ 2 (p ~ 0.018 *) T _ 4, T _ 4 was higher than T _ 2 (p ~ 0.757) T _ 4, T _ 3 was lower than T _ 3 (p ~ 0.432). The results of serum testosterone (T) analysis showed that the level of serum testosterone (T) in T 1 experimental group was lower than that in control group (p0. 974) and T 2 group was lower than that in radiation group (p0. 265). T3 group was lower than that in control group (p0. 194). T4 experimental group was lower than that in control group (p0. 010 *). In the experimental group, T _ 2 was lower than T _ 1 (P < 0.011 *) and T _ 3 was lower than that of T _ 1 (P ~ 0.001T _ 4) and T _ 3 was lower than that of T _ 2 (p _ 0. 527) and T _ 4 was lower than T _ 2 (p ~ 0.009 ~ *) and T _ 4 was lower than T _ 3 (P ~ (0.004) *). In the control group, T _ 2 was lower than T _ 1 (P < 0.509) and T _ 3 was lower than T _ 1 (P _ (0.232) T _ 4) than T _ 1 (P _ (0.371) T _ 3 was lower than T _ 2 (p _ (0.683) T _ 4 was lower than T _ 2 (p _ (0.754) T _ 4 was higher than T _ 3 (p _ (0.54). Conclusion: 1. Yoga relaxation is conducive to enhance the ability to adapt to the exercise load of Wushu routine athletes, ease fatigue; help to improve the recovery ability of Wushu routine athletes; help to improve the functional state of Wushu routine athletes. 2. Using yoga relaxation to restore relaxation requires long-term persistence to achieve desired results.
