论武术之5种步型

【摘要】：武术的文化研究伴随当代中国传统文化的复兴,再次成为了武术理论界的一个研究热点。对于武术文化的探讨,应该与其技术结合,方具实践力量,这至少是坐实武术文化的一个重要方面。基于此,综合运用文献资料、专家访谈等研究方法,对武术中最为常见之弓步、马步、仆步、虚步、歇步5种步型进行研究。研究表明:武术之攻防属性,在其5种步型中有着多方面表现;武术步型的现实效能,乃通过增强功力间接服务于技击的需要,且具有多元功能诉求,而不像其他武技项目那般步型创造服务于技击目的的纯粹性;武术步型中蕴含着丰富的文化学意义,它对于整个武术文化体系的构建,有着鲜为人知的基因密码,正是得益于这一基因密码的无量限"转译"和"表达",方令武术于日积月累之中,建筑起了属于自己的、独特的文化"大厦"。
[Abstract]:With the revival of contemporary Chinese traditional culture, the cultural research of Wushu has become a research hotspot in Wushu theory circle. The discussion of Wushu culture should be combined with its technology to have practical power, which is at least an important aspect of Wushu culture. The research shows that the attack and defense attributes of Wushu are manifested in many aspects among the five types of Wushu, and the practical efficacy of Wushu is to serve the needs of skill and attack indirectly by enhancing its ability, and it has multiple functional demands. But unlike other martial arts projects, the step-by-step creation serves the purpose of martial arts, which contains rich cultural significance and has a little-known genetic code for the construction of the entire martial arts cultural system. Thanks to the unlimited translation and expression of this genetic code, Wushu has built its own unique cultural "edifice" over the years.
