青少年运动坚持行为的情境归因研究

【摘要】:本文旨在研究青少年运动坚持行为的本质,以及从情境归因的角度研究青少年运动坚持行为的影响因素。以单县一中、单县五中、山东省实验中学、平阴县实验中学、曹县第一私立高中以及成武一中等八所学校为依托,共选取了710名在校中学生为调查对象。分别从家庭归因、学校归因、社会归因三个不同的层面展开分析研究,得出不同层面之间以及各个层面内部各因素之间的影响主次排序,以期为运动干预促使青少年运动坚持行为的形成,提供一定的策略和建议。运用问卷调查法、文献资料法、访谈法等对青少年运动坚持行为进行研究,并得出相应结论,并提出研究建议和不足。研究结论:1.运动坚持行为和运动习惯有着本质的区别,坚持是一种过程,而习惯是一种状态,青少年的运动坚持行为具有较强的独特性,更容易受到外界环境的干扰,运动坚持的形成过程分为运动初始、持续和坚持三个阶段。2.相比较而言,在青少年运动坚持行为的情境归因中,父母的运动习惯和认知水平,以及学校策略、班主任管理及态度、体育教学内容、学校运动氛围学校器材设施等因素起到作用要明显高于其它影响因素。3.在家庭、学校、社会三个层面的对比分析中,学校层面的影响因素明显要高,这和青少年独特的生活学习环境有着一定的关联,青少年主要的生活学习场所在学校,因此他们的行为习惯更多的会受到学校环境的影响。研究建议与不足:1.青少年的心理发展和认知水平较低,在问卷调查的过程中单纯的将他们作为调查对象,难免研究结果的准确性造成一定影响。建议后续研究中可以把家长、教师作为调查对象一部分,进行多元化、多层次的分析。2.因为研究时间和能力受限,在研究对象的选取中,仅仅把研究范围确定在了山东省内的某些学校,在文化差异,生活习俗,以及民族差异等因素考虑欠缺。建议在日后的研究中,将实际的量化指标纳入“中学生体质健康测试”,进行大数据统筹与分析,以取得更为真实有效的研究成果,为运动干预实施更强有力的借鉴。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this paper is to study the nature of adolescent sports persistence behavior and the influencing factors of adolescent sports persistence behavior from the perspective of situational attribution. 710 middle school students were selected as the research objects, relying on the first middle school of Shan County, the fifth middle school of Shan County, the Experimental Middle School of Shandong Province, the Experimental Middle School of Pingyin County, the first Private High School of Cao County and the eight Middle School Schools of Chengwu No. 1 Middle School. From the family attribution, school attribution, social attribution from three different levels of analysis and research, we can find out the different levels and each level of internal factors among the main and secondary order of influence, The aim is to provide some strategies and suggestions for sports intervention to promote the formation of youth sports persistence behavior. By using questionnaire, literature and interview, this paper studies the sports persistence behavior of teenagers, and draws the corresponding conclusions, and puts forward some research suggestions and shortcomings. Conclusion: 1. There is an essential difference between sports persistence behavior and sports habit. Persistence is a process, and habit is a state. The sports persistence behavior of teenagers is unique and more susceptible to interference from the outside environment. The forming process of sports persistence is divided into three stages: initial exercise, persistence and persistence. 2. In contrast, in the context attribution of adolescent sports persistence, parents' sports habits and cognitive levels, as well as school strategies, class teacher management and attitude, physical education content, School sports atmosphere, school equipment, facilities and other factors play an important role. 3. 3. In the comparative analysis of the three levels of family, school and society, the influence factors at the school level are obviously high, which is related to the unique living and learning environment of young people. The main place of life and learning for teenagers is in school. As a result, their behavior will be more affected by the school environment. Research suggestion and deficiency: 1. Young people's psychological development and cognitive level are low. In the process of questionnaire survey, it is inevitable that the accuracy of the research results will affect the accuracy of the research results. It is suggested that parents and teachers should be regarded as part of the investigation in the follow-up study. 2. Because of the limitation of research time and ability, in the selection of the research object, the scope of the study is only determined in some schools in Shandong province, and the factors such as cultural differences, living customs and ethnic differences are not considered. It is suggested that in the future research, the actual quantitative indexes should be included in the "physical health test of middle school students", and big data should make an overall plan and analysis in order to obtain more real and effective research results and provide a more powerful reference for the implementation of sports intervention.
