核心力量训练对高校女子排球运动员滞空能力影响的实验研究

【摘要】:几年前,一些教练员就开始将核心力量训练模式运用在多项体育训练中,包括田径、体操、篮球、武术以及网球等,所呈效能较为明显。截止当前,我国有较少排球教练员将核心力量训练正式列入运动员日常训练中,在高校排球训练中比例更低,同时,尚无研究人员围绕核心力量训练同高校女子排球运动员滞空水平管理展开探讨。故而,在本课题中,以此为研究对象,针对在高校女子排球训练中核心力量的实践活动展开试验性摸索,尤其在高校女子排球运动员滞空水平训练方面展开大胆尝试,为相关的理论以及实践研究打下良好基础,从而促进高校排球运动训练多元化发展。本文主要通过问卷调查法、文献资料法、实验法、访谈法与数理统计法的运用分析了高校女子排球运动员所具有的的滞空能力与核心力量训练之间存在的关系。借助访谈和问卷调查了解现在高校女排运动员的核心力量训练的情况以及核心力量训练认知和训练方法等方面存在问题。在实验中,实验组和对照组在其他训练内容和训练场地均相同的情况下,实验组采用核心力量训练,对照组采用传统力量训练。在实验前、后,分别对两组运动员摸高和滞空时间进行测量,然后对两组运动员各项指标进行对比分析,揭示核心力量训练对高校女子排球运动员滞空能力的影响。经过数理统计分析可以看出,核心力量训练可以有效提高高校女排球运动员的滞空能力。研究结论:1.经过14周的训练,实验组运动员在弹跳高度和滞空时间显著性提高,说明在高校女子排球训练中加入核心力量训练,能有效提升高校女排运动员的滞空能力。2.对照组运动员经过14周的训练,弹跳高度与滞空时间有所提升,但没有出现显著差异,这说明普通的力量训练没有核心力量训练对运动员的滞空能力提升的高,所具有的提升作用有限。3.核心力量训练对高校女排运动员的弹跳高度和滞空时间的提升都好于普通训练,核心力量训练对高校女子排球运动员滞空能力具有积极影响。
[Abstract]:A few years ago, some coaches began to apply the core strength training model to a number of sports training, including track and field, gymnastics, basketball, martial arts and tennis, and so on. Up to now, there are few volleyball coaches in our country formally include the core strength training in the athletes' daily training, and the proportion in the volleyball training in colleges and universities is even lower, at the same time, No researchers have discussed the core strength training and the level management of female volleyball players in colleges and universities. Therefore, in this subject, taking this as the research object, in view of the practice activity of the core force in the university women volleyball training, especially in the university woman volleyball athlete lag level training aspect carries on the bold attempt, To lay a good foundation for the relevant theoretical and practical research, and thus promote the diversified development of volleyball training in colleges and universities. This paper analyzes the relationship between the air retention ability and the core strength training of female volleyball players in colleges and universities through the application of questionnaire, literature, experiment, interview and mathematical statistics. With the help of interviews and questionnaires, we can find out the current situation of core strength training of female volleyball athletes in colleges and universities, as well as the problems in cognition and training methods of core strength training. In the experiment, the experimental group and the control group had the same training contents and training sites. The experimental group adopted core strength training, while the control group used traditional strength training. Before and after the experiment, the two groups of athletes touch height and lag time were measured, and then the two groups of athletes were compared and analyzed to reveal the influence of core strength training on the ability of female volleyball players in colleges and universities. Through mathematical statistics and analysis, it can be seen that the core strength training can effectively improve the air retention ability of female volleyball players in colleges and universities. Conclusion: 1. After 14 weeks of training, the jumping height and the lag time of the athletes in the experimental group were significantly improved, indicating that the addition of core strength training to the training of women volleyball in colleges and universities can effectively enhance the ability of the female volleyball players in colleges and universities. 2. After 14 weeks of training in the control group, the jumping height and the lag time increased, but there was no significant difference, which indicated that the ordinary strength training had no core strength training to improve the ability of air retention. Has a limited role in ascension. 3. The core strength training is better than the ordinary training in improving the jumping height and the lag time of the college women volleyball players, and the core strength training has a positive influence on the ability of women volleyball players to stay in the air in colleges and universities.
