绵阳市高校开设网球公共选修课现况调查

【摘要】：网球运动因其时尚、文明、高雅的魅力和健身、娱乐、观赏等功能深受人们喜欢。改革开放后,网球运动在我国逐渐兴起,很多高校开始开设网球课,网球运动在我国得到大力发展。大学生参加网球运动可以提高自身修养,促进身心健康,所以高校学生喜欢网球的人数逐渐上升。网球课成为大学生喜爱的体育课程之一。然而,网球教学对教师、场地、器材等要求较高,动作技术较复杂,对初学者手臂力量要求较高等等,导致目前高校公共网球选修课教学面临诸多问题,严重影响着高校网球课程地可持续发展,网球公共选修课开展无法达到预期效果。本文运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数据分析法、逻辑推理法、专家访谈法、实地考察法等研究方法对绵阳市相关高校网球软件和硬件,以及网球选修课程开设等情况进行了调查。通过相关分析结果表明:1)绵阳市高校网球场地缺乏;2)网球教师相对不足;3)网球课教学内容多,网球教学考核单一;4)评价不注重学生个体差异;5)不能从客观、公平的角度上合理的反映出不同层次的学生的实际水平;6)选修人数多,学生兴趣浓厚,而网球课时较少,造成学生练习时间有限等现象。本文针对上述问题,进行实地考察、访谈,探究制约绵阳市高校网球运动发展的主要因素,根据实际情况提出合理化对策和建议。为我国高校网球运动可持续开展提供参考和借鉴。
[Abstract]:Tennis is popular because of its fashionable, civilized, elegant charm and fitness, entertainment, viewing and other functions. After the reform and opening up, tennis gradually rises in China, many colleges and universities begin to set up tennis courses, tennis has been vigorously developed in our country. College students participate in tennis can improve their self-cultivation, promote physical and mental health, so the number of college students like tennis gradually rise. Tennis has become one of the favorite sports courses for college students. However, tennis teaching has high requirements for teachers, venues and equipment, complex movement techniques, and higher requirements for beginners' arm strength, which has led to many problems in the teaching of public tennis elective courses in colleges and universities. The sustainable development of tennis courses in colleges and universities is seriously affected, and the public elective courses cannot achieve the expected results. This paper applies the methods of literature, questionnaire, data analysis, logic reasoning, expert interview, field investigation and so on to research the tennis software and hardware in Mianyang. As well as tennis elective courses and so on the situation has carried on the investigation. The results show that: 1) the lack of tennis court in Mianyang; 2) the relative shortage of tennis teachers; 3) more teaching contents of tennis lesson, 4) less emphasis on the individual difference of students; 5) can not reflect the actual level of different levels of students reasonably from the angle of objective and fair; 6) the number of electives is large, the students have strong interest, and the tennis class hours are less, which results in the limited time of students' practice and so on. In view of the above problems, this paper carries on field investigation, interviews, probes into the main factors restricting the development of tennis in colleges and universities in Mianyang, and puts forward some reasonable countermeasures and suggestions according to the actual situation. To provide reference and reference for the sustainable development of tennis in colleges and universities in China.
