云南省网球队运动员体能训练中引入悬吊训练的实验研究

【摘要】:通过查阅相关的文献资料发现,目前有关体能训练中的悬吊训练在其他项目开展的较好,在网球项目中还没有较多的研究。更多的是集中在对体能即力量方面的训练,忽略了灵敏性、稳定性和平衡性的训练。悬吊训练是受试者借助吊索将自身身体部分或全部悬吊起来,加上悬吊带在悬吊的过程中形成的支撑反作用力总是处于不断的动态变化之中,所以迫使锻炼者的身体不得不通过连续的调整不稳定的身体状态以达到不断地动员身体中不同的运动单位,从而使神经-肌肉本体感受性功能得以提高的一种训练方法。本文通过文献资料法、数理统计法以及实验法对网球运动员经过悬吊训练对身体素质影响进行了实验研究,得出结论如下:1.悬吊训练对于发展网球运动员的专项身体素质主要体现在爆发力、力量耐力、柔韧素质以及平衡能力,而其他素质经过实验研究证明效果不明显。2.在网球体能训练中加入悬吊训练后,实验组睁眼静态平衡测试存在显著性差异,闭眼静态平衡存在非常显著性差异。说明两组网球运动员经过12周不同体能训练方式的训练后,睁眼静态平衡能力均出现一定程度的提高。对照组和实验组之间在外前、外、外后3个方向的动态平衡测试中均存在显著性差异,这说明悬吊训练效果能够改善网球运动员的动态平衡能力。3.经过12周的悬吊训练后,网球运动员的专项速度没有差异性。这说明悬吊训练这种训练方法对于速度素质的增长是无效的。4.经过12周的悬吊训练后,网球运动员的灵敏素质也没有差异性。悬吊训练在某种程度上能够提高灵敏素质,但是要产生显著性的效果必须要长时间、专门化、并结合运动员年龄特征以及项目特征进行科学合理的训练。5.经过12周的悬吊训练后能有效提高网球运动员的专项力量水平。训练后实验组和对照组在掷实心球指标进行组间比较都具有非常显著性差异,表明网球运动员爆发力提高;仰卧起坐和俯卧撑测试结果表明,悬吊训练会明显改善网球运动员的力量耐力水平。
[Abstract]:By referring to the relevant literature, it is found that the suspension training in physical fitness training has been carried out well in other projects, but there is no more research in tennis. More focused on the physical strength of the training, ignoring the sensitivity, stability and balance training. Suspension training means that the part or all of their body is suspended by means of sling, and the supporting reaction force formed by the suspension belt is always in constant dynamic change. Therefore, the body of exercisers has to adjust the unstable body state continuously to achieve the continuous mobilization of different motor units in the body, so that the neuromuscular proprioceptive sexual function can be improved. This paper makes an experimental study on the effect of suspension training on the physical quality of tennis players by means of literature, mathematical statistics and experimental methods. The conclusions are as follows: 1. Suspension training for the development of tennis players' special physical quality is mainly reflected in explosive force, strength endurance, flexibility and balance ability, but other qualities proved by the experimental results are not obvious. 2. After the suspension training was added to the tennis physical training, there was significant difference in the static balance test of eyes opening in the experimental group, and the difference in the static balance between the eyes closed eyes was very significant. It shows that after 12 weeks of different physical training, the static balance ability of the two groups of tennis players is improved to a certain extent. There were significant differences between the control group and the experimental group in the three directions of dynamic balance test, which indicated that the effect of suspension training could improve the dynamic balance ability of tennis players. 3. After 12 weeks of suspension training, there is no difference in the specific speed of tennis players. This shows that suspension training this training method for the growth of speed quality is ineffective. 4. 4. After 12 weeks of suspension training, there is no difference in the sensitivity of tennis players. Suspension training can improve the sensitive quality to some extent, but to produce significant effect, it must be long time, specialized, and combined with the age characteristics of athletes and the characteristics of the events to carry out scientific and reasonable training. 5. After 12 weeks of suspension training, tennis players can effectively improve the level of special strength. After training, the experimental group and the control group had very significant differences in the index of solid ball throwing between groups, which indicated that the explosive force of tennis players was improved. The results of sit-ups and push-ups show that suspension training can significantly improve the strength and endurance of tennis players.
