国家治理现代化进程中农村体育治理的价值导向、现实问题及路径选择

【摘要】：对农村体育治理的价值导向、现实问题及路径等进行分析。认为:(1)农村体育治理在国家层面有益于推进国家治理现代化、全民健康战略布局,在社会层面有益于助力公平正义、城乡一体的和谐社会进程,在农民层面有益于营造主动锻炼、享受体育的健康生活方式;(2)农村体育治理尚存家长式治理、运动式治理、粗放式治理、碎片化治理等现实问题。提出:打造多元主体,实现多元共治;倡导精准治理,软硬兼顾并进;寻求多方联动,促进全面治理;贵在久久为功,方可善作善成等路径建议。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes the value orientation, realistic problems and paths of rural sports governance. The main conclusions are as follows: (1) the rural sports governance is beneficial to promote the modernization of national governance, the strategic layout of national health, and the harmonious social process of promoting equity and justice at the social level and integrating urban and rural areas. At the level of farmers, it is beneficial to build the active exercise and enjoy the healthy lifestyle of sports. (2) there are still some practical problems in rural sports governance, such as paternalistic governance, sports governance, extensive governance, fragmented governance and so on. Put forward: to create multiple subjects, to achieve multi-governance; to advocate accurate governance, hard and soft to go forward; to seek multi-party linkage to promote comprehensive governance; long time for merit, can good do good and other path recommendations.
