无锻炼规律健康成年人最大心率与无氧阈心率推算公式的实证研究

【摘要】:目的通过递增负荷运动实验(GXT),测试无锻炼规律健康成年人的最大心率(HRmax)与无氧阈心率(ATHR),建立最大心率与无氧阈心率推算公式,为在大众科学健身中应用提供理论依据和参考。方法以身体健康、无锻炼规律的健康成年人665名(年龄20~59岁,其中男性315名,女性350名)为测试对象,采用功率车GXT测试获得其最大有氧能力测试结果,运用统计学方法建立最大心率与无氧阈心率与年龄之间关系的推算公式;并将GTX实测结果与目前普遍采用的国外同类的4个最大心率和靶心率推算公式进行对比分析。结果以最大心率为因变量,年龄为自变量,进行一元线性回归分析,建立最大心率拟合公式为HRmax=196.86-0.74×年龄(P0.001)。从组内相关系数来看,GTX最大心率测试值与Fox的最大心率公式计算值之间相关系数最高,与Astrand的最大心率公式计算值之间的相关系数次之,与Tanaka和Gelish的最大心率公式计算值之间的相关系数最低,4组相关系数分别为0.76、0.73、0.70、0.70,均介于0.61~0.80,属于强相关。以无氧阈心率为因变量,年龄为自变量,进行一元线性回归分析,建立无氧阈心率拟合公式为ATHR=155.78-0.60×年龄(P0.001);GTX测试无氧阈心率测试值与杨静宜等的靶心率公式计算值其组内相关系数为0.60,属于中等程度相关。结论根据GXT测试结果拟合的最大心率公式为HRmax=196.86-0.74×年龄,与普遍使用的4个最大心率公式计算值之间存在显著正相关,但拟合公式最大心率推算结果均小于这4个推算公式所得到的结果。通过GXT测试结果拟合的无氧阈心率公式为ATHR=155.78-0.60×年龄,可以为锻炼者有氧运动提供有效和可靠的参考依据。
[Abstract]:Objective to establish a formula for calculating maximal heart rate and anaerobic threshold heart rate (ATHR),) in healthy adults by means of incremental load exercise test (GXT),) to determine the maximum heart rate (HRmax) and anaerobic threshold heart rate (ATHR),). To provide a theoretical basis and reference for the application of mass scientific fitness. Methods 665 healthy adults (20 ~ 59 years old, 315 males and 350 females) were selected as subjects. The results of maximum aerobic capacity test were obtained by power vehicle GXT test. The relationship between maximum heart rate and anaerobic threshold heart rate and age was established by statistical method. The measured results of GTX are compared with the four formulas for calculating the maximum heart rate and the target heart rate of the same kind of foreign countries. Results with the maximum heart rate as the dependent variable and the age as the independent variable, the linear regression analysis was carried out, and the fitting formula of the maximum heart rate was established as HRmax=196.86-0.74 脳 age (P0. 001). From the point of view of intra-group correlation coefficient, the correlation coefficient between GTX maximum heart rate test value and Fox's maximum heart rate formula calculation value was the highest, and the correlation coefficient between Astrand's maximum heart rate formula calculation value and Astrand's maximum heart rate formula value was the second. The correlation coefficient with the maximum heart rate formula of Tanaka and Gelish was the lowest, and the correlation coefficients of the four groups were 0.76 ~ 0.73 ~ 0.70 ~ 0.70 ~ 0.70 respectively, which were between 0.61 and 0.80, which belonged to strong correlation. Taking anaerobic threshold heart rate as dependent variable and age as independent variable, univariate linear regression analysis was carried out, and the fitting formula of anaerobic threshold heart rate was established as ATHR=155.78-0.60 脳 age (P0. 001). The correlation coefficient between the GTX test and the target heart rate formula of Yang Jingyi et al was 0.60, which belongs to the moderate degree. Conclusion the maximum heart rate formula fitted according to the GXT test results is HRmax=196.86-0.74 脳 age, which has a significant positive correlation with the calculated values of the four commonly used maximum heart rate formulas. But the maximum heart rate of the fitting formula is smaller than that of the four formulas. The formula of anaerobic threshold heart rate fitted by GXT test results is ATHR=155.78-0.60 脳 age, which can provide an effective and reliable reference for aerobic exercise of exercisers.
