上海师大体育师范生教师资格证考试现状调查及对策研究

【摘要】:2015年我国正式开始全面实施教师资格证国考制度,提高教师职业的入职门槛,打破了教师资格终身制;并实行五年一个周期的定期注册制度,从此师范生自动获得教师资格证的特权消失。教师资格证国考制度的实行,使高校师范专业面临新的挑战,也对师范生的培养提出了新的要求。上海市高校体育师范生参加教师资格证国考两年多来,其整体情况不容乐观;以上海师大为例,体育师范生教师资格证通过率在全校师范专业中排名靠后,已影响到学生就业及专业发展。对这一问题进行研究与探讨,已是现实所需。本文主要采用了文献资料法、访谈法、问卷调查法、数理统计法等方法,对上海师大2012级和2013级体育师范生教师资格证考试情况进行调查,在掌握第一手资料的基础上,找出上海师大体育师范生教师资格证考试过程中普遍存在的问题,分析其影响因素,并有针对性地提出发展对策,以期为上海师大体育师范生更好地应对教师资格证考试、为体育教育专业的适时发展服务,亦为上海其他兄弟高校体育师范生教师资格证应考及体育教育专业建设提供参考与借鉴。本研究主要结论为:1、上海师大2012级、2013级体育师范生主要报考中学教师资格证而小学较少,考试通过率较低;笔试科目中《综合素质》、《教育知识与能力》两门通过率较低,而《专业知识与能力》通过率较高。2、上海师大体育师范生中大部分学生不支持教师资格证国考制度的实施,认为其主要弊端在于降低了师范生的就业率。艺体类师范生教师资格证考试通过率低的主要原因为综合素质相对较弱、教育知识的理解与掌握较差。教育类课程欠缺的内容主要是教师的基本素养、教师基本能力,专业课程欠缺的内容主要是体育教学的设计能力与实施能力。3、在上海师大体育师范生教师资格证笔试科目中,《综合素质》欠缺的是教育法律法规与基本能力两方面,《教育教学知识与能力》(小学)最薄弱的环节为教学设计,《教育知识与能力》(中学)最薄弱的环节为中学教学,《体育与健康学科知识与教学能力》主要欠缺教学实践能力。4、上海师大体育师范生教资面试未通过的原因主要是缺乏教学经验及准备不充分,面试中较难的部分是教学设计与教学实施,教学设计方面主要欠缺确定教学目标及教学的重点和难点、合理地组织教学内容、合理设计教学策略,教学实施方面主要欠缺恰当地运用教学策略、有效解决教学的重点和难点。5、上海师大体育师范生教师资格证考试的影响因素主要有学院措施因子、个人因子、课程因子及教师因子、教资制度因子。本研究提出的对策建议为:丰富题库内容,强化模拟面试;完善课程设置,提升师资队伍;加强微格教学,注重教育实习;提高个人能力,适应国考制度。
[Abstract]:In 2015, China began to implement the national examination system of teacher qualification certificate in an all-round way, raising the entry threshold of the teacher profession and breaking the lifelong system of teacher qualification. And the regular registration system of five years and one cycle, from which the privilege of automatically obtaining teacher qualification certificate for normal school students disappeared. With the implementation of the national examination system of teacher qualification certificate, teachers' specialty in colleges and universities is facing new challenges, and new requirements are put forward for the training of normal students. For more than two years, the overall situation of PE teachers in Shanghai is not optimistic. Taking Shanghai normal University as an example, the passing rate of teacher's qualification certificate of physical education normal students in the whole school is lower, which has affected the students' employment and professional development. It is necessary to study and discuss this problem. This paper mainly adopts the methods of literature, interview, questionnaire, mathematical statistics and so on, to investigate the examination situation of physical education teachers' qualification certificate of 2012 and 2013 levels of Shanghai normal University, on the basis of mastering the first-hand information. To find out the common problems in the process of teacher qualification examination of physical education normal students in Shanghai normal University, to analyze the influencing factors, and to put forward the development countermeasures in order to better deal with the teacher qualification examination for the physical education normal students of Shanghai normal University. It can serve for the timely development of physical education specialty, and also provide reference for the examination of physical education teacher's qualification certificate and the construction of physical education specialty in other fraternal colleges and universities in Shanghai. The main conclusions of this study are as follows: 1, Shanghai normal University 2012, 2013 physical Education normal students mainly apply for the middle school teacher qualification card, but the primary school less, the examination pass rate is low; The pass rate of "Educational knowledge and ability" was lower than that of "Professional knowledge and ability" in written examination subjects. The majority of students in physical education normal school of Shanghai normal University do not support the implementation of the national examination system of teacher qualification certificate, and think that its main drawback is to reduce the employment rate of normal school students. The main reasons for the low pass rate of teachers' qualification certificates in art and physical education are the relatively weak comprehensive quality and the poor understanding and mastery of educational knowledge. The contents of education courses are mainly the teachers' basic qualities, teachers' basic abilities, and the professional courses' contents are mainly the design ability and the implementation ability of physical education teaching. In the subjects of the written examination of teacher qualification certificate for physical education normal students in Shanghai normal University, the lack of comprehensive quality is the two aspects of educational laws and regulations and basic ability. The weakest link of "Educational and Teaching knowledge and ability" (Primary School) is the teaching design. The weakest link of "Educational knowledge and ability" (middle school) is the teaching of middle school, and the "knowledge and teaching ability of physical education and health subject" mainly lacks the teaching practice ability. The reasons why the interview for PE normal students in Shanghai normal University did not pass were mainly due to the lack of teaching experience and inadequate preparation. The more difficult part of the interview was the teaching design and teaching implementation. In the aspect of teaching design, there is a lack of determining the teaching goal and the key points and difficulties of teaching, organizing the teaching content reasonably, designing teaching strategy reasonably, and applying teaching strategy properly in teaching implementation. 5. The influencing factors of PE teacher qualification examination in Shanghai normal University include college measure factor, individual factor, curriculum factor and teacher factor, educational system factor. The countermeasures and suggestions of this study are as follows: enriching the content of question bank, strengthening the simulated interview; perfecting the curriculum and improving the teaching staff; strengthening microteaching, paying attention to educational practice; improving personal ability and adapting to the national examination system.
