儿童有氧健身操的创编及对改善体质的效果观察

【摘要】:研究背景:儿童体质健康发展是我国社会文明进步的重要标志。学校教育工作在遵循“健康第一”指导思想的过程中,儿童由于课业的压力,家长的溺爱以及不良的饮食习惯等原因,导致我国儿童体质健康状况不容乐观。体育与健康课程下韵律操是校内儿童每天锻炼的主要运动方式之一,但动强度较小,降低了锻炼的实效性。故本研究根据儿童的身心发育特征,围绕“发挥学生的主体作用”为中心,以儿童主动参与课堂,激发儿童的运动兴趣,养成体育锻炼的习惯为目的,创编出一套适合9-10岁儿童的儿童有氧健身操。通过实验检验本套自编儿童有氧健身操的科学性与合理性,并请专家对自编操的锻炼价值做出评价。研究方法:1.本研究以儿童有氧健身操的创编为研究对象,以天津市南开区永基小学60名9-10岁普通儿童为测试对象。随机将受试者对半分为实验组与对照组,依据所创编的儿童有氧健身操对实验组受试者进行为期10周的儿童有氧健身操课程,对照组儿童进行水平2韵律操的学习。2.为检验本套儿童有氧健身操创编的科学性与合理性,本研究分别于实验开始前与实验结束后对所有受试者进行相关体质指标的测试。形态指标:身高、体重、BMI、体脂%、骨骼肌含量;身体素质指标:坐位体前屈、立定跳远、反应时、闭眼单脚站立、6米往返摸地10次;身体机能指标:肺活量、心功能指数、一分钟跳绳。研究结果:1.通过相关专家的分析与评定,本套儿童有氧健身操创编科学、合理,风格突出,运动负荷强度适中,难度适宜,对于激发儿童的运动兴趣,改善儿童体质健康具有一定的实效性。2.十周实验结束后,实验组儿童肺活量平均增加了236ml,一分钟跳绳成绩平均增加了15.3个,心功能指数显著下降。提示本套自编儿童有氧健身操对改善儿童身体机能、促进体质健康发展有显著作用。3.十周实验结束后,实验组儿童的身体形态方面发生了显著性变化,其中实验组身高平均增长0.96cm,体重平均下降0.64kg,BMI指数平均减少1.27kg/m2,骨骼肌平均增加0.25kg,体脂%平均减少1.52%。提示本研究中所创编的儿童有氧健身操科学合理,在不影响小学生正常生长发育的前提下,能够有效改善儿童的身体形态特征。4.十周实验结束后,实验组儿童实验前后坐位体前屈平均增加3.68cm,闭眼单脚站立平均增加10.67秒,立定跳远平均增加了7.24cm,反应时平均减少5.4秒,6米往返摸地10次成绩平均减少了2.91秒。说明本套儿童有氧健身操创编科学合理,使实验组儿童身体素质有了较为明显的改善。
[Abstract]:Background: the healthy development of children's constitution is an important symbol of the progress of social civilization in China. In the process of school education following the guiding ideology of "health first", due to the pressure of schoolwork, parents' indulgence and unhealthy eating habits, children's physical health in our country is not optimistic. The rhythmic exercise in physical education and health curriculum is one of the main ways for children to exercise every day in school, but the intensity of movement is low, which reduces the actual effect of exercise. Therefore, according to the characteristics of children's physical and mental development, the purpose of this study is to focus on "giving play to the main role of students", take children's active participation in class, arouse children's sports interest and develop the habit of physical exercise. Create a set of children for 9-10 years old aerobic aerobics. This set of children's aerobic aerobics is scientific and reasonable through experiments, and experts are asked to evaluate the value of the exercise. Methods: 1. In this study, 60 children aged 9-10 years old in Yongji Primary School in Nankai District of Tianjin were studied. The subjects were randomly divided into two groups: experimental group and control group. The subjects of the experimental group were given a 10-week course of children's aerobics according to the children's aerobic exercises created by them, and the children of the control group were taught the level 2 rhythmic exercises. 2. In order to test the scientificity and reasonableness of the creation of children's aerobics, this study tested all the subjects' physique indexes before and after the experiment. Morphological indicators: height, weight, BMI, body fat%, skeletal muscle content; body quality indicators: sitting forward flexion, standing long jump, reaction time, closed eyes on one foot, 6 meters to touch the ground 10 times; Body function index: vital capacity, cardiac function index, one minute rope skipping. Results: 1. Through the analysis and evaluation of relevant experts, this set of children aerobic aerobics is scientific, reasonable, outstanding style, moderate intensity of exercise load, appropriate difficulty, to stimulate children's sports interest, Improving children's physical health has certain effectiveness. 2. After ten weeks of experiment, the mean vital capacity of children in the experimental group increased by 236 ml, the score of rope skipping increased by 15.3 on average, and the cardiac function index decreased significantly. It is suggested that this set of children's aerobic exercises has significant effect on improving children's physical function and promoting healthy development of their physique. After the 10-week experiment, there were significant changes in the body shape of the children in the experimental group. The average height of the experimental group increased by 0.96 cm, and the average weight loss of 0.64 kg / BMI decreased by 1.27 kg / m ~ (2), and the average weight loss of the experimental group was 1.27 kg / m ~ (2). Skeletal muscle increased by 0.25 kg on average, body fat% decreased by 1.52kg on average. It is suggested that the aerobic aerobics of children created in this study is scientific and reasonable, and can effectively improve the physical characteristics of children without affecting the normal growth and development of primary school students. 4. After the 10-week experiment, the children in the experimental group increased by 3.68 cm in body flexion, 10.67 seconds in standing with eyes closed on one foot, 7.24 cm in standing long jump and 5.4 seconds in reaction time before and after the experiment. Six meters to touch the ground 10 times the average reduction of 2.91 seconds. The results show that this set of aerobic exercises is scientific and reasonable, and the physical quality of children in the experimental group has been improved obviously.
