悬吊训练对提高足球二级运动员运动协调能力的实验研究

【摘要】:近年来,我国职业足球在经历了打黑、扫赌等一系列强有力的整顿之后,市场逐渐回暖,再加上国家的政策支持,现在的中超可以说相当火爆。但是火爆的市场掩盖不了中国足球仍处于较低水平的事实。影响足球水平的原因有很多,通过对比中国与足球强国关于足球要素的分类发现,中国足球对于运动协调能力的认识存在不足。并且比赛事实证明,我国足球运动员的协调能力确实与世界优秀运动员存在较大差距,而运动协调能力又是影响足球水平的一个重要因素。因此,如果提高足球运动员的运动协调能力,对于提升足球运动水平有很高的实践价值,并且对指导足球教学与训练有重要的指导意义。本文的研究是在协调能力的训练中加入悬吊训练手段,试图证明该种训练方法对提高足球二级运动员的运动协调能力有较好的效果。本研究运用了文献资料法、访谈法、问卷调查法、实验法和数理统计法,以山东体育学院2014级运动训练专业足球队男性队员为实验对象,使用随机抽样抽取12名运动员,再进行随机分组,分为对照组和实验组。在实验前对两组各位队员的身体形态指标进行T检验,根据结果,可以得出实验组与对照组的被试的身体形态各项指标以及因变量测试指标于统计学上无显著性差异。实验组的传统协调性训练大约占一半时间,悬吊训练约占一半时间,对照组只做传统协调性练习。控制其它无关变量,尽量减少其对实验结果的影响。经过12周训练后,对队员的因变量指标测试,并使用独立样T检验与配对样本T检验对实验组及对照组运动员的实验数据处理,结论如下:1.实验结果表明:实验设计的自变量(悬吊训练手段)是能够有效提高足球二级运动员运动协调能力的;而设计的运动协调能力的客观及主观测试指标(即因变量)也是能够有效反映队员训练效果的。2.实验组使用把悬吊训练手段加入到传统的协调性练习手段中的方法,比对照组仅使用传统协调性训练的方法客观测试指标成绩要高;实验前后,实验组队员的客观测试指标均有非常显著性差异,但是对照组只有进退跳跃栏架这一项指标有显著性差异。3.实验后,实验组的主观测试指标成绩高于对照组;实验前后,实验组主观测试指标成绩具有显著性差异,对照组主观测试指标不具有显著性差异。4.实验证明,使用把悬吊训练手段加入到传统的协调性练习手段中的方法,可以有效改善和提高足球队员的协调能力,并且比对照组仅运用传统的协调性训练手段的方法效果要好。5.通过实验验证了核心区域的力量是影响运动协调及影响协调能力的重要因素,而悬吊训练正是训练核心区域力量的主要训练手段之一,通过悬吊训练改善、增强了队员的核心力量,进而促进了运动协调能力。
[Abstract]:In recent years, professional football in China has experienced a series of strong rectification, such as playing black, sweeping gambling, the market is gradually warming up, coupled with the state policy support, now the Chinese Super can be said to be quite popular. But the booming market can not hide the fact that Chinese football is still at a lower level. There are many reasons that affect the football level. By comparing the classification of football elements between China and the football powers, it is found that there is insufficient understanding of the coordination ability of Chinese football. The fact of the match proves that the coordination ability of Chinese football players really has a big gap with the excellent athletes of the world, and the sports coordination ability is an important factor that affects the level of football. Therefore, if we improve the coordination ability of football players, it is of great practical value to improve the level of football, and it is of great significance to guide the teaching and training of football. The research of this paper is to add suspension training method to the training of coordination ability, and try to prove that this training method has better effect on improving the coordination ability of football second-level players. In this study, using literature, interview, questionnaire, experiment and mathematical statistics, the male soccer team members of level 2014 sports training major in Shandong Institute of physical Education were chosen as experimental objects, and 12 athletes were selected by random sampling. Then they were randomly divided into two groups: control group and experimental group. Before the experiment, T test was carried out on the body shape indexes of the two groups. According to the results, it was concluded that there was no statistical difference in the body shape indexes and dependent variables test indexes between the experimental group and the control group. In the experimental group, the traditional coordination training was about half the time, and the suspension training was about half the time, while the control group only did the traditional coordination training. Control other independent variables and minimize their influence on experimental results. After 12 weeks of training, the dependent variables of the players were tested, and the experimental data of the athletes in the experimental group and the control group were processed by using independent T test and paired sample T test. The conclusions are as follows: 1. The experimental results show that: the independent variable (suspension training means) designed by the experiment can effectively improve the coordination ability of football second-level athletes; The objective and subjective test index (dependent variable) of the designed athletic coordination ability can also effectively reflect the training effect of the players. 2. The experimental group used the method of adding suspension training to the traditional coordination training method, which was higher than the control group which only used the traditional coordination training method. Before and after the experiment, the objective test indexes of the experimental group were significantly different, but the control group only had significant difference in the index of jumping hurdle frame. 3. After the experiment, the subjective test index scores of the experimental group were higher than that of the control group; before and after the experiment, the subjective test index scores of the experimental group had significant difference, while the subjective test index of the control group had no significant difference. 4. Experiments have proved that the method of adding suspension training to the traditional coordination training means can effectively improve and improve the coordination ability of football players. And than the control group only the use of traditional coordination training methods to achieve better results. 5. 5. It is proved by experiments that the strength of the core area is an important factor affecting the coordination of movement and the ability of coordination.
