中国女子手球比赛时间-运动分析
[Abstract]:Objective: to analyze the three-dimensional movement characteristics of Chinese handball players in different positions by time-motion analysis, and to probe into the sports load characteristics of handball players in the course of competition, in order to explore more deeply the movement rules of handball special competitions. Methods: a total of 16 Chinese women handball players were tested, including 3 baseline players, 9 peripheral players and 4 winger players. Catapult Sprint minimax real-time time-motion test system was used to measure the body motion characteristics of the athletes in 6 matches of Chinese women's handball team. The signal acquisition and reception frequency was 10 Hz, which included acceleration and deceleration, left and right direction change and jump up and down. Results: 1) in all positions, the cumulative load of the peripheral and winger was higher than that of the baseline, 2) the reverse load of the baseline was higher than that of the peripheral, the winger and the bottom line, the high strength jump load was lower than that of the peripheral and winger, while the low-intensity jump load was higher than that of the winger. 3) the acceleration load and jump load are higher than the bottom line and the winger; 4) compared with the periphery and the bottom line, the acceleration, deceleration load, direction changing load, low strength jump load and high intensity jump load of the winger front are lower, while the moderate strength jump load is similar to the periphery and is higher than the bottom line. Conclusion: the characteristics of competition load of elite female handball players in different positions are different. This difference is related to the difference of attack and defense characteristics of the players and the tactical style and needs of the team. The winger of our women's handball team accelerates, slows down the load insufficient, can not adapt to the Chinese team tactical need very well. It is suggested that the technical training and physical fitness training of athletes in different positions should be arranged according to individual and position differences.
