山东省大学生体育素养评价指标体系的研究

【摘要】:山东省作为人口大省和教育大省,学生人口总数在全国各省市排名中位于前列,,但因受到人口压力和教育资源分配不均等社会因素影响,在山东省学校教育开展中在长期存在轻视或弱化素质学习的现象,特别是学校体育开展在义务教育阶段长期未得到应有的重视,学生体育素养未得到长期系统性的培养,因此,高校被迫成为学校体育开展最为迫切的一个阶段。虽然大学阶段的学校体育开展硬件条件和课程时间明显优于小学和初高中阶段,但是,从山东省近年来针对大学生体质健康测试的结果研究来观察,山东省大学生体质整体情况仍不容乐观,基于山东省学校体育开展的背景,可以肯定的是山东省大学生体质下滑现象不能简单的归结于当代大学生体育锻炼的缺乏,也不能简单通过提高运动量和运动时间来促使大学生体质水平的提升,纠其更深层次的原由应当归结于在长期应试教育下学生体育素养的缺乏。这一结论通过也通过一些学者的统计调查得以证实,山东省内特别是欠发达地区学生在义务教育阶段很少学习过系统的体育运动知识,更不了解体育健身的地位和意义,加之一些影响因素如就业压力大,网络游戏成瘾,健身锻炼配套设施匮乏等,使得数量庞大的大学生群体整体体育素养水平偏低。 伴随着社会各方的呼吁和慢性病频发给人们带来的警示,对于大学生这一高知群体的体质健康关注度与日俱增,越来越多的高校开始着力倡导大学生参与到的健身活动中,但由于缺乏专业的体育健康知识,不良健身习惯导致的副作用时常出现,即便高校投入大量的人力物力来确保大学生健身的科学性,而健身坚持和运动粘性都相对较差,以科学健身为导向的大学生体质提升倡导在实践中面临着重大的阻碍。这一阻碍便是大学生本身体育素养的缺失,因此,建立系统全面的大学生体育素养评价指标体系是打赢这场未来健康战争的突破口。论文所提出的山东省大学生体育素养评价指标体系研究正是在这一背景下,面向山东省大学生体育素养的地区特征和学生特征,转变传统体育素养评价指标重理论轻应用的研究思路,制定更系统、更科学的评价指标体系反应山东省大学生体育素养水平,以期实现山东省大学生体育素养的科学化评价,并以此探索在提升山东省大学生体育素养的方式和途径。
[Abstract]:As a province with a large population and a large education province, Shandong Province ranks among the leading provinces and municipalities in terms of the total number of students. However, due to the pressure of population and the unequal distribution of educational resources, Shandong Province is affected by social factors. In the development of school education in Shandong Province, the phenomenon of belittling or weakening quality learning exists for a long time, especially the school physical education has not been given due attention in the compulsory education stage for a long time, and the students' sports literacy has not been cultivated systematically for a long time, therefore, Colleges and universities are forced to become the most urgent stage of school physical education. Although the hardware conditions and curriculum time of college physical education are obviously superior to those of primary school and junior high school, the results of physical health tests for college students in Shandong Province in recent years are observed. The overall situation of college students' physique in Shandong Province is still not optimistic. Based on the background of the development of school physical education in Shandong Province, it is certain that the decline in the physique of college students in Shandong Province cannot be simply attributed to the lack of physical exercise for contemporary college students. Nor can we simply improve the physical level of college students by increasing the amount and time of exercise. The deeper reasons should be attributed to the lack of students' physical literacy under the long-term exam-oriented education. This conclusion can also be confirmed by the statistical investigation of some scholars. Students in Shandong Province, especially in the less developed areas, have rarely studied systematic sports knowledge in the compulsory education stage, let alone understand the status and significance of physical fitness. In addition, some factors such as employment pressure, online game addiction, lack of fitness training facilities and so on, make a large number of college students overall sports literacy level is on the low side. With the appeal from all sides of the society and the warning of the frequent occurrence of chronic diseases, more and more colleges and universities begin to advocate the participation of college students in the fitness activities. However, due to the lack of professional sports health knowledge, the side effects caused by unhealthy fitness habits often appear. Even though colleges and universities invest a lot of manpower and material resources to ensure the scientific nature of college students' fitness, the fitness persistence and sports stickiness are relatively poor. Scientific fitness-oriented college students' physique promotion is facing great obstacles in practice. This obstacle is the lack of sports literacy of college students themselves. Therefore, the establishment of a systematic and comprehensive evaluation index system of college students' sports literacy is a breakthrough to win the future health war. Under this background, the research on the evaluation index system of college students' sports literacy in Shandong Province is aimed at the regional and student characteristics of college students' sports literacy in Shandong Province. The traditional sports literacy evaluation index should pay more attention to the theory than the application, and establish a more systematic and scientific evaluation index system to reflect the level of college students' sports literacy in Shandong Province, in order to realize the scientific evaluation of the college students' sports literacy in Shandong Province. And in order to explore the promotion of sports literacy in Shandong Province, the ways and means.
