不同肩带结构的运动文胸对乳房的运动及相关肌肉活动的影响

【摘要】:研究目的:研究不同肩带结构的运动文胸在跑步时对乳房支撑效果和肌肉活动的影响;结合压强值和主观问卷分析三款肩带结构运动文胸产生差异的原因。为今后运动文胸产品的开发和设计提出建议。为女性跑步者提出运动文胸的选择意见,以获得更好的运动体验。研究方法:选取14名乳房罩杯为B-C的女性,裸胸及穿着三款不同肩带的运动文胸在跑步机上以9km/h的速度跑10min。应用Motion 8镜头的红外高速运动捕捉系统采集运动过程中乳房的运动学数据,采集频率为200Hz;使用DELSYS无线便携式表面肌电测试仪收集肌肉电信号,采集频率设置为2000Hz;使用NOVEL压力感受器测量受试者静态站立时运动文胸对躯干的压力。研究结果:1.H型肩带在肩带与肩胛骨下方的交点的压强显著小于X型肩带和O型肩带。2.H型运动文胸的前后方向位移振幅显著大于X型和O型,并且与裸胸状态没有差异;H型运动文胸在前后方向的位移变化率显著小于X型和O型;H型运动文胸在左右方向的位移变化率显著小于O型;H型运动文胸在上下方向的位移变化率显著大于X型和O型。3.在1.5km时,裸胸状态下胸大肌的RMS和IEMG与O型有显著性差异,裸胸时三角肌前束的RMS和IEMG与H型有显著性差异,X型运动文胸的斜方肌下束的RMS和IEMG与O型有显著性差异。研究结论:1.三款运动文胸,除肩带外其它部位的结构及压强相似,不同肩带之间的差异主要为背部结构的不同,从而造成背部压强的不同,H型运动文胸在肩胛骨处的压强较小,X型和O型运动文胸在肩胛骨处的压强较大。2.H型结构设计对乳房上下方向的支撑承托作用较好,X型和O型结构设计对乳房左右和前后方向的限制较好。3.裸胸与穿着运动文胸跑步时相关肌肉的活动有显著性差异,均为裸胸的肌肉活动显著大于穿着运动文胸。三款运动文胸之间的肌肉活动差异较小。运动的时间越长,运动文胸对肌肉活动的影响越明显。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the effect of different shoulder band structure sports bra on breast support effect and muscle activity during running, and to analyze the reasons for the difference of three shoulder band structure exercise bras with pressure value and subjective questionnaire. Suggestions are made for the development and design of sports bra products in the future. Suggest bra options for female runners for a better exercise experience. Methods: fourteen women with B-C breast cup were selected to run on the treadmill at 9km/h speed for 10 mins with bare breasts and three sports bras with different shoulder straps. The high speed infrared motion capture system of Motion 8 lens is used to collect the kinematics data of the breast in the process of motion, the frequency is 200Hz, the DELSYS portable surface electromyograph is used to collect the electromyography signals, and the frequency is set to 2000Hz. A NOVEL baroreceptor was used to measure the pressure of the exercise bra on the torso during static standing. Results: 1. The pressure of H type shoulder strap at the point below shoulder strap and scapula is significantly lower than that of X type shoulder band and O type shoulder band. 2. The amplitude of displacement in front and back direction of H type sports bra is significantly larger than that of X type and O type. And there was no difference between bare chest state and bare chest state. The displacement change rate of H type exercise bra was significantly lower than that of X type and O type, and that of H type exercise bra in left and right directions was significantly lower than that of O type. The displacement change rate of H type sports bra in the upper and lower directions was significantly higher than that of X type and O type. At 1.5km, the RMS and IEMG of pectoralis major muscle were significantly different from those of O type in bare chest, the RMS and IEMG of deltoid anterior bundle were significantly different from those of H type in bare chest, and the RMS and IEMG of the inferior trapezius bundle of type X exercise bra were significantly different from those of O type. Conclusion: 1. The structure and pressure of the three sports bras are similar except the shoulder straps. The differences between the shoulder straps are mainly the differences of the back structures, which result in the difference of the back pressure, and the pressure of the H-type exercise bras at the scapular bone is smaller. The pressure of X type and O type exercise bra is larger at the scapula. 2. H type structure design has better support effect on the upper and lower direction of breast, and X and O type structure design has better restriction on breast left and right direction and front and rear direction. 3. There was significant difference in the muscle activity between running with bare chest and wearing sports bra. The muscle activity of bare chest was significantly higher than that of wearing sports bra. There is a small difference in muscle activity between the three sports bras. The longer the exercise lasts, the more significant the effect of the bra on muscle activity.
