吉林省高校体育教育专业足球专项课现状及对策研究

【摘要】:随着校园足球的推进,社会对足球教师的需求也越来越大,而体育教育专业正是未来中小学体育教师的培养摇篮,所培养的人才质量如何将会直接影响到校园足球的推广与发展。向中小学持续输送高品质足球教师是当前高校体育教育专业的首要任务,也是校园足球蓬勃发展的基础条件。因此,本研究以“校园足球”对足球教师的基本要求为研究背景,以足球专项班的学生、教师及专项课的教学情况为出发点,运用文献资料法、实地调查法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法及数理统计法进行调查,对当前吉林省高校体育教育专业培养目标、培养规格、培养方式及足球专项课中所存在的问题做出研究和分析,研究结果如下:吉林省高校体育教育专业足球专项生源质量不佳,主要因为吉林省高校体育教育专业招生方式的局限性,导致足球专项班学生之间运动技能水平差距较大。吉林省体育教育专业足球专项师资结构总体较为良好,主要以中青年教师为主,但35岁以下的教师数量为零,出现断层现象;学历状况同2008年相比已大幅度提高;教师职称结构不合理,要增加教授和副教授的聘任。专业培养目标定位模糊是目前高校体育人才培养的薄弱环节;在培养方式和培养考评方面存在片面和单一的现象;场地器材配备较为齐全,但是场地管理有待加强。针对以上问题建议:吉林省高校学生在选修专项前增设专项测试,缩小学生间运动差距;着重培养青年教师,改善当前职称结构;明确专业培养目标,将培养体育教师设为主要目标;加强对学生教学实践能力和创新能力的培养,满足社会发展需求和学生就业需要;改善单一的教学形式,增加实践和师生互动的机会;优化考评体系,细化评价指标,通过过程性评价与终结性评价相结合的方式,对学生进行综合性评价;建立社会对体育人才的反馈评价体系,对体育教育专业的毕业生进行质量监控,根据反馈结果培养社会所需求的教师。
[Abstract]:With the development of campus football, the demand for football teachers in the society is increasing, and physical education is the cradle of physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools in the future. The quality of trained talents will directly affect the promotion and development of campus football. Transporting high quality football teachers to primary and secondary schools is the primary task of physical education major in colleges and universities, and is also the basic condition for the vigorous development of campus football. Therefore, this study takes the basic requirements of "campus football" for football teachers as the research background, takes the students, teachers and teaching situation of the special football class as the starting point, applies the literature method, the field investigation method, the questionnaire method, and so on. Through the investigation of the methods of expert interview and mathematical statistics, this paper makes a research and analysis on the training objectives, training specifications, training methods and the problems existing in the special course of football in Jilin Province. The results are as follows: the quality of football students of physical education major in Jilin Province is not good, mainly because of the limitation of enrollment mode of physical education major in Jilin Province, which leads to a big gap in sports skill level among the students of football special class. The structure of football teachers of physical education in Jilin Province is generally good, mainly young and middle-aged teachers, but the number of teachers under 35 years old is zero, there is a fault phenomenon, the educational background status has been greatly improved compared with 2008; The structure of teachers' professional titles is unreasonable and the appointment of professors and associate professors should be increased. The vague orientation of professional training objectives is the weak link in the training of sports talents in colleges and universities at present; there is a one-sided and single phenomenon in training methods and training evaluation; the equipment of the site is relatively complete, but the site management needs to be strengthened. In view of the above problems, the following suggestions are proposed: setting up special tests for college students in Jilin Province before electing special subjects, narrowing the gap between students' sports, focusing on training young teachers and improving the current professional title structure; We should make the training of physical education teachers the main goal, strengthen the cultivation of students' ability of teaching practice and innovation, and meet the needs of social development and students' employment. Improve the single teaching form, increase the opportunity of practice and teacher-student interaction, optimize the evaluation system, refine the evaluation index, through the combination of process evaluation and summative evaluation, carry on the comprehensive evaluation to the students; To establish a feedback evaluation system for sports talents, to monitor the quality of graduates majoring in physical education, and to train the teachers needed by the society according to the feedback results.
