不同运动方式对2型老年男性糖尿病患者血糖、血脂等指标的影响研究

【摘要】:目的:通过对2型老年男性糖尿病患者进行长时间不同方式的运动干预,比较不同运动方式对2型老年男性糖尿病患者血糖、血脂等指标的影响,以期为2型老年男性糖尿病患者运动处方的制定提供参考;方法:根据实验要求共招募54名受试者,平均分成三组,分别为对照组、有氧运动组、抗阻训练组;对照组不进行任何形式的运动,有氧运动组和抗阻训练组按照各自制定的运动方案运动18周;三组在饮食安排等方面保持基本一致;分别在运动开始前一天及结束后的第一天对三组受试者进行血糖、糖化血红蛋白及血脂四项指标检测,检测状态为晨起空腹;结果:有氧运动组血糖、糖化血红蛋白、胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白与实验前相比具有显著性差异(P0.05);抗阻练习组血糖、糖化血红蛋白、胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白及低密度脂蛋白与实验前相比具有显著性差异(P0.05),对照组实验前后各指标均无显著性差异(P0.05);结论与建议:18周的有氧运动和抗阻训练均能有效的改善2型糖尿病患者的血糖、血脂水平,对改善患者的生命质量有着重要的作用;相比单纯的有氧运动,抗阻练习的治疗效果具有一定的优势,因此建议在确保安全的前提下糖尿病患者运动计划的制定应适当地融入一部分抗阻训练。
[Abstract]:Objective: to compare the effects of different exercise modes on blood glucose, blood lipid and other indexes in elderly male diabetic patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus for a long time. In order to provide reference for the formulation of exercise prescription for type 2 elderly male diabetic patients. Methods: a total of 54 subjects were recruited according to the requirements of the experiment. They were divided into three groups: control group, aerobic exercise group and resistance training group. The control group did not exercise in any form, the aerobic exercise group and the resistance training group exercised for 18 weeks according to their respective exercise plans, and the three groups maintained the same diet arrangement. The blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin and blood lipids were measured one day before and one day after exercise. Results: the blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin, cholesterol and low density lipoprotein in aerobic exercise group were significantly different from those before the experiment (P0.05). There were significant differences in blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin, cholesterol, high density lipoprotein and low density lipoprotein between the two groups (P0.05), but there was no significant difference between the control group and the control group before and after the experiment (P0.05). Conclusion and suggestions: 18 weeks aerobic exercise and resistance training can effectively improve the blood glucose and blood lipid levels of type 2 diabetes mellitus patients, and play an important role in improving the quality of life of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Compared with aerobic exercise alone, the therapeutic effect of resistance exercise has certain advantages. Therefore, it is suggested that the formulation of exercise plan for diabetic patients should be properly integrated with resistance training under the premise of ensuring safety.
