学校武化教育的实施策略

【摘要】:为完善中华优秀传统文化教育,运用文献研究、专家访谈等方法,对武化教育概念进行厘定,在研究武化教育助力学校勇武特色形成的内部理路基础上,探讨学校武化教育的实施策略,研究认为:(1)以"武的形式"为手段,以技能、道德和精神的内容策略,以培养"心力""胆力"和"体力"为目标策略,采用"打练并进、德艺兼修"模式策略、通过"尚武""品武"欣赏教学的方法策略,使学生成为未来生存"强者"、生活"能人"和生命"英雄",是学校武化教育的教学策略;(2)完善课程,铸就"坚韧不拔、自强不息"校风特色、聚焦"强化套路,突出技击"课程特色、彰显"功力自修、展演激励"课外活动特色,是学校武化教育的课程策略;(3)学校勇武特色办学理念的形成、武化教育师资培养状况、"武的形式"互惠课程开发程度、勇武特色校园文化形成的评价方案,是学校武化教育的评价策略。
[Abstract]:In order to perfect Chinese excellent traditional culture education, the concept of military education is determined by the methods of literature research and expert interview. This paper probes into the implementation strategy of school martial education, and points out that: (1) taking the form of martial arts as the means, the content strategy of skill, morality and spirit, and the aim strategy of cultivating "mental power", "courage" and "physical strength", By adopting the strategy of "fighting and practicing simultaneously, virtue and art as well as training", and through the method of appreciation and teaching of "martial arts" and "goods and weapons", students will become "strong people", "capable people" in life and "heroes" in life, so as to make students become "strong people" in the future, "capable people" and "heroes" in life. It is the teaching strategy of school martial education; (2) perfecting the curriculum, creating the characteristics of "perseverance and self-improvement", focusing on "strengthening routine, highlighting the characteristics of technical attack" curriculum, showing the characteristics of extra-curricular activities of "self-study and exhibition" are curriculum strategies of school martial education; (3) the formation of the school's idea of running a school with the characteristics of brave and military, the condition of the training of teachers, the degree of the reciprocal curriculum development of "the form of Wu", and the evaluation scheme of the formation of the campus culture of the school are the evaluation strategies of the school's military education.
