陕西省汉中市高中教师休闲体育生活方式的研究

【摘要】:随着改革开放的深化,伴随着西部大开发,汉中市社会经济、文化和教育等领域得到了迅速的发展,在以全面提高教育质量为当前教育改革发展的核心任务的背景下,建设高素质专业化师资队伍成为汉中教育进一步发展的重要保证,因此将教师健康维护提到重要的日程,受到社会普遍关注。汉中市教师健康状况如何,健康维护方式是否科学成为当今不容忽视的课题。本研究以汉中市高中教师休闲体育生活方式为研究对象,运用文献资料法、问卷调查法等研究方法,对汉中市高中教师休闲体育生活方式进行相关调查和研究,分析汉中市高中教师的身心健康状况、参与休闲体育情况及其影响因素等,提出相关建议,对继承、弘扬、创新汉中历史文化,构建汉中市教师科学健康休闲体育生活方式,增强身心健康指数,建设高素质专业化师资队伍,促进汉中社会经济、文化和教育的发展具有重要的意义。新的时代,汉中高中教师开始追求高层次的品质生活,休闲体育生活方式得以改变,同时体质得到了增强,生活质量得到显著的提高。本研究探讨了汉中市高中教师休闲体育生活方式概况,并对其有了比较清晰的认识。取得了以下成果:1.汉中高中教师休闲体育价值观有了显著的变化,从“盆地封闭健康意识”向“多元开放健康意识”转变,体现为高中教师休闲体育价值观由单一的生物健康观向“三维健康观”转变;片面的健康观向“科学健康观”转变;从被动参与向主动、兴趣参与转变;其次为“农业社会健身休闲意识”向“现代社会健身休闲意识”的转变。2.汉中高中教师休闲体育行为方式有以下五点特征:时间主要受到工作影响,具有教育职业特征;休闲体育空间选择多为学校体育场所和公园广场绿地等,其具有汉中山水景色特征;休闲体育内容除散步、跑步及球类等大众项目外,呈现出选择面广,形式多样的特征;组织形式主要选择为家人、朋友的传统形式,同时也会选择各种新形式现代社团;休闲体育消费总体处于低水平的实物性物质消费特征。3.实施西部大开发战略,汉中市引进国际滑雪场、大型水上乐园等新型休闲体育项目,丰富了汉中高中教师的休闲体育生活,增进了教师的健康,幸福感和满意度有明显提升。4.影响教师参与休闲体育活动是多因素的。因子包括:认知动机因子、场地设施因子、兴趣爱好因子、功效因子、休闲氛围因子、时间因子、组织形式因子和经济因子。5.勤劳和压力也给汉中市高中教师的身心带来某些负面的影响亚健康状态比较普遍。高中教师休闲体育价值观的转变和行为落后于社会转型的发展,休闲体育设施尚未能满足客观需求。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of reform and opening up, with the great development of the western region, the social economy, culture and education of Hanzhong City have been rapidly developed. Under the background of the core task of the current education reform and development, the overall improvement of the quality of education has become the core task. The construction of high-quality and specialized teachers has become an important guarantee for the further development of education in Hanzhong. Therefore, the maintenance of teachers' health has been put on an important agenda and received widespread attention in the society. Hanzhong City teachers' health status, health maintenance mode of science has become a problem that can not be ignored. This research takes the leisure sports life style of high school teachers in Hanzhong city as the research object, and carries on the related investigation and research on the leisure sports life style of the high school teachers in Hanzhong city by using the methods of literature and questionnaire. This paper analyzes the physical and mental health of high school teachers in Hanzhong City, participates in leisure sports and its influencing factors, and puts forward relevant suggestions to inherit, carry forward and innovate the history and culture of Hanzhong City, so as to construct the scientific and healthy leisure sports life style of teachers in Hanzhong City. It is of great significance to strengthen the index of physical and mental health, to build a contingent of highly qualified and specialized teachers and to promote the development of economy, culture and education in Hanzhong. In the new era, Hanzhong senior high school teachers began to pursue a high level of quality of life, leisure sports lifestyle has been changed, at the same time, physical fitness has been enhanced, the quality of life has been significantly improved. This study discusses the leisure sports lifestyle of high school teachers in Hanzhong City and has a clear understanding of it. The following results have been achieved: 1. The values of leisure sports of Hanzhong senior high school teachers have changed significantly, from "closed health consciousness in basin" to "pluralistic open health consciousness". Reflected in the high school teachers leisure sports values from a single view of biological health to the "three-dimensional view of health" change; The transformation from passive participation to active participation and interest participation, followed by the transformation of "consciousness of fitness and leisure in agricultural society" to "consciousness of fitness and leisure in modern society". The leisure sports behavior of teachers in Hanzhong senior high school has the following five characteristics: time is mainly affected by work and has the characteristics of educational profession; The choice of leisure sports space is mostly school sports place and park square green space, which has the characteristics of landscape scenery in Hanzhong, the content of leisure sports, besides walking, running, ball games and other popular events, has a wide range of choices and various forms. The organization forms mainly choose the traditional form of family and friends, but also choose various new forms of modern society; leisure sports consumption in general is in a low level of physical material consumption characteristics. 3. The implementation of the strategy of developing the western region and the introduction of new leisure sports such as international ski resorts and large-scale water parks in Hanzhong City have enriched the leisure sports life of Hanzhong senior high school teachers and improved their health. Significant improvement in happiness and satisfaction. 4. 4. There are many factors influencing teachers' participation in leisure sports. Factors include: cognitive motivation factors, site facilities factors, interest factors, efficacy factors, leisure atmosphere factors, time factors, organizational form factors and economic factors. 5. Industry and pressure also bring some negative effects to Hanzhong senior high school teachers' physical and mental health. The transformation of leisure sports values and behavior of senior high school teachers lags behind the development of social transformation, and leisure sports facilities can not meet the objective needs.
